Pros:

Очень понравилось расположение, через дорогу пляж, очень много магазинов и ресторанов рядом, легко поймать такси и в шаговой доступности до центра. Рядом магазин Viet House, все подарки купили в одном месте.

First trip to Nha Trang
Pros:

I was very impressed by Inception, which handled tasks such as room upgrades, airport pickup, and early check-in quickly and accurately. The sea view room was very nice and the breakfast was also good. It gave me a good image from my first trip to Nha Trang.

Cons:

Cleaning around the sofa and the carpet on the floor was a bit lacking.

Worth the price
Pros:

The room with balcony sea view is great, not too small not too big room, air con is strong and cool, the restroom could be renovated for better experience. Also laundry can be replaced with new one. Laundry rather old one. Overall this hotel worth the momey in general. Should try.

Cons:

The hotel's 4-star rating does not align with the reality of the experience. The lack of staff and subpar amenities make it feel more like a 2-star establishment. With mostly only one person at the receptionist counter, check-in wait times are excessively long. No free parking garage. The weak hot water and unreliable WiFi in the rooms are major inconveniences. Additionally, the poor insulation allows for excessive noise from neighboring rooms. The overcrowding of noisy Chinese guests further detracts from the overall experience, with constant door slamming and disruptive behavior. The breakfast room, inadequate for the number of guests, led to chaos and a shortage of food due to the Chinese guests not waiting in line. Regrettably, this hotel provided a terrible experience, and I have no intention of returning.

Pros:

Nice view from our room, bed was comfy and staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Our floor wasn't clean when we arrived but they did clean it when we asked them too.No lid or liner on the bin for toilet paper on the first day. The bath is too high for short people to get in and out to shower. Breakfast was terrible, we didn't bother going again after the first day.
