Schöner Aufenthalt mit ganz geringen Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die wunderschöne Lage des Hotels an einem wirklich schönen Fleck Erde, die modernen und sauberen Zimmer sowie der insgesamt sehr gepflegte Eindruck der gesamten Anlage. Das Hotel wirkt neu und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Darüber hinaus haben wir die Menschen vor Ort insgesamt als außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich erlebt.
Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Hotel ist weiterzuempfehlen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück kann nachgebessert werden. Auch fehlen Kleinigkeiten im.Zimmer wie ein großer Spiegel, um es perfekt zu machen.
Die Person, die den Strand beaufsichtigt und dort verantwortlich ist, wirkt leider sehr unsympathisch und trägt eher zu Unruhe und einer angespannten Atmosphäre bei, anstatt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt der Gäste zu sorgen.
Besonders erschreckend fanden wir, dass dort ein Affe unter aus unserer Sicht grausamen Bedingungen gehalten und den Gästen zur Schau gestellt wird. Ein lebendes Tier sollte nicht der Unterhaltung dienen. Wir würden es sehr begrüßen, wenn diese Praxis vollständig eingestellt wird.
Außerdem sollte die Regelung bezüglich der Liegestühle eindeutig kommuniziert werden. Über Booking.com wird der Eindruck vermittelt, dass Liegestühle im Hotelaufenthalt enthalten sind. Vor Ort gilt jedoch die Regel, dass pro Zimmer – unabhängig von der Anzahl der Personen – nur zwei Liegestühle zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Diese Regel sollte bereits bei der Buchung klar und transparent angegeben werden, um Missverständnisse und unnötige Streitigkeiten vor Ort zu vermeiden.

Alles war perfekt! Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal (von der Rezeption bis zu den Mitarbeitern am Strand), Sauberkeit, tolle Lage. Preis-Leistung sehr gut.
Es war das zweite mal dass wir dort waren.

Pros:

I honestly can't think of a single bad thing to say about this resort. From the moment we arrived, the young woman at the front desk was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. We had a later bus ride, and she was happy to hold our luggage after checkout so we could keep enjoying the beach/pool and called us a taxi when it was time, which we really appreciated.

The beach and pool were always clean & had helpful staff available, and Konstantin by the pool was great. He was friendly, attentive, and always easy to ask if we needed drinks, food, or had any questions.

One morning we missed breakfast by ten minutes, and the staff still brought us out plates of food, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast also had a really good variety every day.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation - this is the place! Overall, I'd give this place a 10/10. It'll be hard for us to book anywhere else in Albania after staying here. We'd definitely come back! :)

Il servizio era cadente, qualità cibo lasciava desiderare. Per quello che abbiamo pagato non valeva la pena.

La struttura era un po’ vecchia e per alcune camere per entrare bisognava uscire dalla struttura e prendere delle scale esterne. Arredamento basico. Non c’era l’acqua calda.

Une expérience formidable
Pros:

Une expérience incroyable ! Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. La plage privée est magnifique, avec des transats et des parasols mis gratuitement à disposition. La piscine est agréablement chauffée. Les femmes de ménage passent tous les jours pour nettoyer la chambre et changer les serviettes. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, varié et offre un large choix. Si je reviens à Saranda, je choisirai cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

Cons:

Le seul petit inconvénient est qu’il est assez difficile de se rendre en voiture dans le centre-ville, car il est très compliqué d’y trouver une place de stationnement. Il faut compter environ 5 € pour 2 heures dans un parking privé, lorsque vous avez la chance de trouver une place. Bien entendu, cela ne dépend absolument pas de l’hôte, mais c’est une information qui peut être utile aux futurs voyageurs.

Muy bien
Pros:

La habitación amplia y limpia y una enorme terraza.
La piscina esta muy bien.
El desayuno normal había variedad pero sin grandes lujos.
La playa era una pequeña cala muy bonita
