Pros:

部屋は狭かったが,洗面具などの備品に神経が行き届いていた。

Cons:

大阪駅からのアクセスが良くない。ホテルまでの直線距離は短いのに、宿に着くまでに40分近くかかった。地下鉄の乗り換えに時間がかかりすぎる。ホテルのせいではないが、地下鉄の運転間隔が長すぎる。

駅が近かった点。また、周囲にコンビニや飲食店が多く、朝食なしプランを予約して、全く問題なかった。

Cons:

チェックイン時にアメニティは付いていると説明をうけたが、このレベルの他のチェーンのホテルでは付いているメイク落としや化粧水などは付いていなくて少し驚いた。
清掃は不要でお願いしたが、連泊する場合、3日おきに必ず清掃するルールになっているとのことで、清掃に入ってくれたが、掃除機をかけた形跡はなく、どこを清掃したの？と言う感じだった。
