Pros:

Obsługa była bardzo bardzo miła i naprawdę się starali. Począwszy od recepji ( pozwolili zostawić nam na godzinę walizki) do kelnerów ze śniadania ( dali nam specjalnie sok owocowy, pokroili owoce i przynieśli śniadanie. Wygodne łóżka, duży pokój i bardzo czysto jak na Sri Lankę. Śliczny widok z basenu na Colombo.

Cons:

Najpierw wspomnę, że sam pracuje w hotelu 5 gwiazdkowym, więc ocenię to trochę z perspektywy pracy. Mały wybór drinków. Moja dziewczyna zamówiła wódkę z sokiem pomarańczowym. A okazało się, że nie mają wódki. To zamówiła coś z whisky, ale okazało się, że również nie mają whisky. Wódka i whisky to są podstawy baru, tym bardziej w hotelu 5 gwiazdkowym nie może być sytuacji, że zabraknie whisky albo wódki. Tak samo na śniadaniu. Śniadanie było tak naprawdę puste. W windzie była informacja, że śniadanie jest do 10:30, ale jak przyszliśmy do restauracji to okazało się, że do 10. Nie mam pretensji do obsługi, bo oni naprawdę się starali i dali nam i owoce i zrobili omlet. Ale mam pretensje do managera albo szefa. Dlaczego w 5 gwiazdkowym standardzie kawa jest z proszku (nesface). Nie ma nawet ekspresu jakiegokolwiek do zrobienia sobie kawy. Nie ma nawet kawy sypanej. Tak samo jestem w stolicy Sri Lanki a na śniadanie nie mogę zamówić sobie pysznego jedzenia ze Sri Lanki. Do wyboru jest tylko ,,western breakfast,, czyli English breakfast. Ani to smaczne ani zdrowe. Tłuste bezsmakowe jedzenie. Kucharz też tego zresztą dobrze nie przygotował. A na bufecie do wyboru było 1 ciasto i stare suche bułki. Więc niech kuchnia za każdym razem daje świeże pieczywo. A zarząd niech zadba o to aby bufet był bardziej urozmaicony, a jeśli nie ma na to pieniędzy to dajcie kilka opcji śniadaniowych, żeby każdy mógł wybrać co chce zjeść. Zwłaszcza, że Sri Lanka ma naprawdę cudowną kuchnie jeśli chodzi o śniadania. Te sałatki z kokosa, dal, słodkie fioletowe ziemniaki. To jest milion razy pyszniejsze niż nieudolnie przygotowany English breakfast. I jednocześnie jest też kulinarną wizytówką kraju, więc skorzystajcie z tego. I pamiętajcie o regularnym uzupełnianiu baru 😉. + jest taki, że arrack był zawsze dostępny.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in super Lage.
Pros:

Hatten ein grosszügiges Zimmer (Familiensuite) mit genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Essbereich war separiert. Sehr bequeme grosse Betten und gute Kissen. Sehr sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gut gelegen und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Roof Top Pool (klein) und Bar bieten einen spektakulären Ausblick auf die Stadt.

Very good hotel to stay in the heart of colombo
Pros:

Supportive very friendly staff. I had an issue with a bathroom. They quickly attended and changed the room.
Spacious room , comfortable bed

Very small swimming pool. Kids can’t enjoy. We mainly booked for kids but they didn’t like it.

First half four day we have to stay in room was vary bad, thay did not offer alternative room

First room have had it very bad mould and damp in the celine and air condition ventilater was water leaking.

Terrible experience – staff tried to scam and trap us
Pros:

Nothing. We couldn't even stay due to the unprofessional and dishonest behavior of the staff.

Cons:

​When we arrived to check in with our Booking.com reservation, the reception staff told us that booking through the app was expensive and urged us to cancel it to get a "cheaper" direct walk-in rate. They claimed they couldn't process payments through Booking.com because they have to pay high commission.
​After pressuring us to cancel our reservation, they suddenly changed their words and tried to trap us by adding hidden charges for everything—extra taxes, breakfast, and other fees—making it far more expensive.
​We felt completely scammed and unsafe with their behavior. We immediately decided not to stay, booked a taxi, and moved to another reputable hotel. Highly unprofessional and dishonest staff. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place!
