Con qualche attenzione in più all’organizzazione e ai servizi, il soggiorno potrebbe diventare decisamente più piacevole
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 giorni e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata discreta. Tra gli aspetti che ho apprezzato maggiormente ci sono la camera spaziosa, la buona posizione della struttura e la gentilezza del personale, sempre disponibile e cortese.

Cons:

Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. Le pulizie delle camere vengono effettuate dopo le 15:00: comprendo che si tratti di una politica dell’hotel, ma per chi esce al mattino e rientra nel pomeriggio questo può risultare poco pratico, poiché non permette di trovare la stanza pronta per rilassarsi. Inoltre, per il cambio degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola ho dovuto fare richiesta personalmente.

Anche la colazione mi ha lasciato qualche perplessità. In due occasioni ho trovato il buffet poco rifornito, con mancanza di posate e altri prodotti essenziali. Sembrava che una sola persona dovesse occuparsi sia della pulizia sia del rifornimento, una situazione che a mio avviso non garantisce un servizio adeguato.

Pros:

Everything about the property was just perfect- the location, the staff, the breakfast, the overall interior and facilities. Will definitely stay here next time I visit Tbilisi.
Especially grateful to Lika (if I remember her name correctly), who was super helpful on our first day, when we had an issue with our previous hotel. As we initially didn’t plan to stay at BW, Lika was really helpful in organizing a quick room for us (with a discount) and making sure we are not left with a spoiled mood after the bad experience with the previous hotel.

Cons:

Буду справедлива, изначально я попала не в тот номер, в который я рассчитывала.. И это было шоком:комната кукушка, без балконе, а в место него, вид площадью пожарной лестницы, который мне сказали, что это является балконом(и сумма хочу вам сказать за номер бранирования уже была оплачена, (завтрак включён ) Попросила поменять номер, Ну конечно без дополнительной суммы не обошлось, пришлось дополнить 50 лари) Сказка... Дальше... Было всё, нормуль ... Спасибо😀

Old hotel but a bit away from the center of the city. Excellent breakfast and pleasant staff. Rooms are spacious.

الموقع قريب من الأماكن السياحية

لا يوجد موقف للسيارة وكذلك التكييف لا يعمل بشكل جيد وهي في حالة تدفئة رغم الشكوى عدة مرات ولكن دون جدوى تحل فقط لساعه ومن ثم لا يعمل التبريد
