Perfekter Aufenthalt mit tollem Upgrate und hervorragendem Frühstück
Pros:

Wir verbrachten 1 Nacht in Birmingham und hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Beim Check-in erhielten wir kostenlos ein Upgrade; die Suite war wunderschön, sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich, und das Frühstück war bemerkenswert mit einer großen Auswahl, wie wir sie in vergleichbaren Hotels in den USA selten erlebt haben.

Pleasing stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfy, and staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was okay. The area of the hotel was quiet and easy to find.

Cons:

The food area for breakfast is small. We had to wait to get food because too many people were in the small area. It seemed like the eggs were the powdered scrambled variety. The TV was on and pretty loud in the eating area. We were trying to have some quiet time, which was impossible because of the blaring of the TV.

I would not recommend anyone booking a room here!
Pros:

When you walk in the hotel looks up to date and inviting.Check in was smooth and quick .

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that there were blood stains on the bed that my nephew slept in.We were there for a graduation and got there later than expected so we didn't check the beds before heading to our destination. Upon arriving back at the hotel around midnight and getting ready for bed is when we discovered the blood stained sheets and covers.I called the front desk and informed them and the response immediately was there was no housekeeping on duty at night.I was then told I could come downstairs and get covers to put on the bed.With no other choices that's what I had to settle with.The night clerk also asked me to put the bloody covers in a bag that she handed me and put them outside my room door.So there I was stuck on my vacation making a hotel bed in the middle of the night so that my nephew could get a good nights sleep.The rest of my stay from then on was lacking as well...the housekeeping did not take out the dirty towels that we actually used to keep the bathroom floor dry because we brought our own towels thankfully ,apparently the tub had a leak because every time we showered the floor would get soaked even though we had the shower curtain closed.We only went to breakfast the morning we were checking out and it was not pleasing as well.There were also roaches crawling in the bathroom one night as we returned to the room.I travel a lot and use booking everytime...this is by far the TOP most disappointing place I have ever stayed.

Pros:
