Overpriced for a one night stay. A bit off the highway. The area leading up to hotel looks rough but the hotel is nice and would stay again

Cons:

Not enough security for being a such a rough part of town. One of my traveling companions had their wallet stolen out of their room and the staff blamed him. Also, staff came into my room after saying they didn’t do housekeeping unless you stayed a certain amount of days, which I wasn’t, and I did not ask them to enter my room.

Revival of depressed area
Pros:

Staff was pleasant. Newer sports complex, arena and buildings closest to hotel was nice and well lighted.

Cons:

Neighborhood around hotel was in transition to newer buildings, but surrounded by section 8 housing and sketchy looking people walking around with shirts off and pants falling off.
