Spacious and clean room.
The location is away from the center.
Nicely decorated room. Rooms were very clean. Air conditioner was really efficient. Towels were changed every day. Fresh bottled water was available for free. Behind the hotel free parking lot was available. Breakfast was good but little bit repetitive.
A bit noisy since its windows look at he road.
It is a little bit far from city center but taxi takes you there for 3-4 USD.
The hotel facilities were sufficient, and the room was really clean and comfortable. For me, the breakfast was also enough and practical. The price was also reasonable, and the hotel offered good value for money.
The only negative points were the lack of an elevator and the location. However, we were able to get to the city center easily using the Yerevan Taxi app
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig, gepflegt und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des direkten Stadtzentrums, aber mit dem Taxi oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell überall. Gerade wenn man nicht nur die typischen Touristenorte besuchen, sondern auch das alltägliche Leben in Jerewan kennenlernen möchte, ist die Lage ideal.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team und ganz besonders an Alen für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Расположение такое, что в центр только на такси, но всё нужное в пределах 20 минут езды.
Завтрак поздновато начинается, в 8:30, перед утренним рейсом не было возможности воспользоваться.

Spacious rooms, nitty clean and stuffed with everything.
That was my 3rd time staying in this hotel. Wi-fi have been significantly improved, no more problems with speed.

I enjoyed my stay
Всё прекрасно, вежливые и приветливые сотрудники, чисто, в номере есть кондиционер. Не смотря на машины за окном, их почти не слышно, поэтому ни разу за две ночи не проснулась. Всё очень понравилось!
Отель хороший. Номер большой, комфортный. Кровать и подушки удобные. Завтрак неплохой.

Очень просторные, светлые, хорошо оснащенные, чистые номера; удобные кровати, кондиционер, кресла и журнальные столик, телевизор со множеством каналов на разных языках, холодильник (минибар), шкафы для одежды с вешалками.
Продумано всё до мелочей во благо постояльцев - тапочки, туалетные принадлежности (включая, шампунь, гель-душ, кондиционер), даже зубная щетка, зубная паста, бритвенный станок, и расческа! В наша время -когда все отели пытаются сэкономить на всем - такой заботливый подход к клиентам очень приятен и высоко ценен!
Кроме того, вас ждет минеральная вода в номере, которую ежедневно пополняли!
Хочу также отметить, что уборка и смена полотенец производилась ежедневно, без просьб и напоминаний, без вывешивания специальных табличек на ручку двери!
Особенно хочу отметить ресепшиониста Диану - очень гостеприимную, глубоко внимательную, отзывчивую, приятную молодую девушку! Благодаря таким людям как она, пребывание в отеле становится очень положительным и незабываемым, и туда хочется вернуться ещё, и рекомендовать всем!
Перед отъездом нам (мы отдыхали семьей трое взрослых и двое детей подростков) подарили армянские сладости - и это доброе внимание было настолько трогательно для нас!

Можно было бы немного улучшить завтрак, добавив что-нибудь традиционно армянское (или даже заменив одно на другое без ущерба затратам) - например, вафельки и печенье, можно легко заменить на классическую гату; вместо пиццы - подошел бы женгялов хац, или хачапури; сосики можно заменить кюфтой , и добавить далму
Вместо сока (или дополнительно к нему) - было хорошо поробовать тан, а вместо сметаны -мацони)...
И последний совет - если кофе будет покрепче и погуще- как настоящий армянский свареный в джезве (турке) - то будет вообще замечательно взбодриься с утра.
Конечно , это просто рекомендации, ведь когда приезжаешь открывать для себя Армению, то было бы хорошо коснуться всех ее традиций (в том числе и кулинарных) начиная с гостиницы)
