Pros:

The service was just top-notch. The employees were very polite, pleasant to communicate with, ready and quick to fix the small issue with electricity. Thoroughly clean interior, with every small detail considered for a comfortable stay - from shower gel to coffee, tea, and water. In addition, there was ideally quiet and noiseless due to an excellent voice isolation and allocation. Will definitely opt for the next visit.

Удовлетворительно за свои деньги
Pros:

Чистые большие номера. Есть рабочий стол. Удобная кровать и подушки. Если номер на сторону парковки и стройки, достаточно тихо. В номерах есть чай, кофе, чайник и кружки, зубные щётки, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки.
Девушка на ресепшене была очень приветливой)))

Cons:

Номера неплохие, но достаточно старые, что, к сожалению видно((( Фото прилагаю. Если заменить мебель не всегда легко, то такие вещи как душевая лейка стоит 1000 драм, а впечатление сильно портит. При том, что остальная сантехника в отличном состоянии.
Ранее в отзывах писали, что нет полотенцесушителя. Его и правда нет, хотя это достаточно важно для удобства.
Кондиционер похоже тоже старый, холодит плохо. При том, что мы были не в самый жаркий день, охладить комнату удалось только к вечеру...
Завтрак не понравился. Всё как-то совсем не привлекательно и не аппетитно выглядело (кроме вафель). Плюс женщина в зале для завтрака показалась не особо приветливой.

Pros:

Комфортное расположение, в шаговой доступности магазинчики, аптеки, кофейня, павильоны с овощами. Приветливый персонал, готовый помочь в любом вопросе, в том числе подсказать места, где можно вкусно поесть и даже помогут оформить доставку) В номере очень чисто: уборка каждый день и полная выкладка. Вкусные, питательные завтраки с кофейным ароматом армянского гостеприимства. Однозначно, рекомендую отель!
