Pros:

Любимый отель в Ереване! Есть все необходимое. Удобные кровати. Тишина и комфорт. Есть чайник в номере. Парковка, если кому надо.

Pros:

Просторный номер и ванная комната. Большая кровать и удобные подушки.

Cons:

Заехали в 16:00, в связи с ранним выездом на следующий день попросили сделать завтрак с собой. Получили отказ по причине того, что "ресторан уже не работает". Никакой компенсации отель не предложил, взяв полную оплату в которую входит стоимость завтрака.

Pros:

Чистый, большой. комфортабельный номер, хорошая сантехника, удобная кровать, всё, чтобы комфортно отдохнуть. Отзывчивый, дружелюбный персонал, очень хороший зазтрак. Остановка общественного транспорта рядом с отелем, недалеко магазины и они даже лучше, чем в центре , сравнительно недалеко рынок и парки, я два нашла, в разные стороны от отеля.

Cons:

Я не сниму за это баллы- это мелочи, просто их не лишне учитывать при планировании своего времени- нет лифта, но мне помогли с багажом, поэтому это никак не усложнило моё пребывание. Общественным транспортом в центр ехать неблизко, бывают пробки, учитывайте, если для вас существенно. И недалеко только один обменник- он не работал, я обошла в поисках другого приличное расстояние и поехала в центр, в общественном транспорте не все карты для оплаты работают, я благодарна за гостеприимство- меня никто не выгнал из транспорта.

Pros:

Комфортные номера, завтрак разнообразный и отличного качества. Отдаленность от центра компенсируется недорогим такси. Персонал очень внимательный, всегда старается найти приемлемое решение по любым вопросам. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации.

Nice hotel, amazing willing staff, good location, good parking.
Pros:

Great willing staff, good place, parking, mostly clean. I had a request related to bathroom type and hotel gave me the room I asked for.

Cons:

Unfortunately not that great breakfast. We were in the hotel for a week and breakfast was mostly totally the same, but I would like more "rich" breakfast. Also you can unfortunately hear everything from the coridor.

Все чисто, приятный персонал. Вкусные завтраки! Помогли на стойке ресепшен с навигацией по городу. Отзывчивые и приятные ребята!) подарили приятный сюрприз - коробку конфет, очень приятно! Однозначно в следующий раз снова сюда)

Расположение Немного в стороне от центра.

The girl from the reception, was so good and chill, she help me to have a room early and thanks again. For you i put the hotel with this rate.

The guy from the reception he dont talk too much and he say all the time at my questions “no” no and again no.

Pros:

Il prezzo è basso per la posizione periferica ma le stanze sono grandi, pulite e molto confortevoli. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione a buffet.

Cons:

La colazione viene servita a partire dalle 08:30. Suggerirei di iniziare il servizio alle 07:00, dal momento che chi è in viaggio d'affari potrebbe dover lasciare l'albergo molto presto.

Pros:

I like very much. Staff was super. Room was spacious. Place is near to the center. I will book for September also. Price is super. I stayed in many places in Yerevan but this hotel is the best. I compared price with the others. Is exelante.

Хороший просторный отель с прекрасным персоналом !!!!
Pros:

Добрый вечер . Несмотря на мой поздний прилет с Праги в 2 часа ночи , меня приняли ночью в отеле "Инга"_ молоденький паренёк , очень приветливо, и занёс все мои чемоданы и вещи на 2 этаж . Номер превзошел все мои ожидания _ комната очень просторная с огромной кроватью , все очень чисто . Выспалась от души на такой кровати !!! В номере дополнительно ожидал сюрприз _ всякие штучки ( ванные принадлежности ) , чай, кофе , 2 бутылочки воды . Завтрак был превосходным , все горячее , свежайшее : омлет , маслины , сыр , кофе , йогурты. На утро у меня был следующий самолёт,и к сожалению мои карты Грузия и Мир не сработали для привязки к приложению Яндекс такси . Милая девушка на ресепшене смогла решить очень тактично и вежливо мою проблему , обратившись к руководителю_ скорее всего владельцу отеля !!!! Находясь в чужой стране , очень важна поддержка людей и именно в этом отеле_ персонал и РУКОВОДИТЕЛЬ отеля оказались людьми с большим сердцем и душой !!! Благодарю весь персонал ,,Инга"и рекомендую и семьям с детками , и путешественникам ОТЕЛЬ,, ИНГА" !!!!
