wonderful
Pros:

the staff is Awesome
we had an issue with our reservation that we booked only double room and we are had 2 kids ,they helped us add 2 extra beds and they did a discount for the beds and offered a free breakfast for our kids that was really wonderful ..thanks guys i do really appreciate everything you have done for us

Хороший отель с отличным персоналом
Pros:

Удобная кровать, косметические мелочи в наличии, персонал отзывчивый, готовый помочь в любом вопросе. Организовали трансфер, по просьбе предоставлен поздний выезд. Завтрак стандартный, но выбрать каждый может для себя. В пешей доступности супермаркет.

Отличный отель, просторный и тихий номер. Мы отлично выспались перед перелётом. Завтрак был сытный и разнообразным. Понравились вафли и варенье из желтой черешни.

Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, учтены мелкие потребности, например, есть зонты, которые никто не хочет тащить с собой в багаже. Номер чистый и просторный, хороший сервис , ежедневная уборка, замена полотенец, есть тапочки. Белье чистое. Есть в номере чайник, чай и кофе, холодильник. Каждый день приносят бутилированную воду, бутылки можно взять и на затраке. В целом впечатление хорошее.

Cons:

Завтрак был очень однообразным и не богатым по выбору, очень плохой кофе. Расположение отеля далекое от центра, каждый раз чтобы добраться туда, отстаивали в огромных пробках. В комнате отсутствовало местное освещение, не было прикроватных ночников. Прямо за окном гигантская стройка. Очень плохо работал фен в номере, постоянно перегревался.

Pros:

Отличный отель, чистый номер, была даже забная щетка и бритва, а так же тапочки. Каждый день заменяли полотенца и тапочки на чистые и была уборка. Очень вежливый персонал, всегда подсказывали и помогали, если у меня возникали вопросы. Вкусный завтрак. За такую цену не встречал такого хорошего сервиса. Спасибо большое!

Мне понравился семейный огромный номер на троих. Огромная комната, включающая все услуги. Хороший завтрак, можно наесться вдоволь. Хочу отметить сервис персонала, особенно Диану, которая всегда любезно и с удовольствием помогала с любым вопросом. Удобно добираться от/до отеля. Никогла такого не пишу, но вот сюда точно бы вернулся.

Наличие кондиционера в номере. В жаркую погоду отлично спасает

Cons:

Была 1,5 года назад в этом отеле, и все было отлично, поэтому выбор пал на него же. Но в этот раз не оправдали ожидания. Бронировали номер с большой двухспальной кроватью, вместо нее было две полуторки поставленные вместе и сверху один наматрасник через который все равно ощущался стык между двумя матрасами. Туалетной бумаги было столько, что надо было контролировать свои походы в туалет, иначе рисковал остаться без нее. Почему перед заездом новых гостей ее не пополнили, не понятно. В ванной комнате из под перегородки вода течет в зону туалета. Также наткнулись на волосы либо уборщиц, либо прошлых постояльцев. При выезде администратор даже не спросила все ли понравилось, просто забрала карту с вопросом выезжаем ли мы и на этом все.

Pros:

Albergo situato in periferia, ma comodamente raggiungibile dal centro con un breve tragitto in taxi a costi contenuti. La struttura è molto pulita e ben curata. La colazione è ottima, varia e di qualità. La camera era dotata di ogni comfort, con grande attenzione ai dettagli e a tutto ciò che può rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Un particolare apprezzamento va anche al personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. Consigliato per chi cerca comfort, pulizia e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

We would always come back with pleasure.
Pros:

Special thanks to Lili from the reception for her professionalism, warmth and expert advice and also for the other man who checked us in. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, everything was fresh and delicious. The room was actually a saloon and the bed was huge and very comfortable. We also had complementary coffee, tea and bottled water every day and cleaning was done daily. It was one of the best experiences we have ever had.

Everything was great.

Buon hotel, peccato per la colazione
Pros:

Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort, i letti sono comodi, c'è the e caffè per tutti i giorni e un cambio di asciugamani puliti sempre presente. Menzione speciale per lo staff, super disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione inizia alle 8:30, decisamente troppo tardi per chi ha tour guidati e prevede di spostarsi. Abbiamo potuto usufruirne solo 2 mattine su 4. In più, il phon non è comodissimo.
