Schlecht geschlafen wegen des Straßenlärms und schlechter Fensterisolierung.
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll.

Cons:

Leider sind die Fenster schlecht isoliert. Man hört alle Geräusche vom benachbarten mexikanischen Restaurant, in dem tief in die Nacht draußen laut gesprochen und gesungen wurde.
Man kann auch Zimmer aus den Räumen nebenan erhalten, die nicht den Fotos entsprechen.

Lugar mágico para alojarse
Pros:

Es un alojamiento con mucho encanto. Está en una calle preciosa, en el lateral de la catedral y muy cerca del Río. La habitación era amplia y muy bonita, la cama súper cómoda. El personal super amable, les pedimos una toalla adicional y no pusieron ningún problema.

Cons:

Solo ponen una toalla grande para cada huésped y de cara solo una muy pequeñita. Si no das a un interruptor no te arreglan la habitación, nosotros no nos dimos cuenta y no hicieron la cama ni la limpieza. Para que lo tengáis en cuenta.

It is located in a great place! The room and bathroom were so nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

An elevator would be nice, but I understand it isn’t always possible to add to a building.

It was okay, but not great.
Pros:

The location was great, right next to the main church. A lot of options for dinner, breakfast.

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean enough, under the bed was dirty. There were no instructions about the air conditioning, how to adjust and turn on - maybe it was not working. The communication with the staff about the parking it was not great. They did not make clear there was a market being built in the city and difficult to reach the parking spot.

Die Straße in der das Hotel ist, ist sehr schön.
Pros:

Wenn man vorher weiß, dass man zu Fuß hinlaufen muss, liegt das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt, sehr zentral.

Cons:

Dass nirgends erwähnt wurde, dass man mit dem Auto nicht zu dem Hotel vorfahren kann. Auch nicht mit dem Taxi!!! Wir hatten viel Gepäck und mussten umpacken und mit den Rollkoffer über sehr holpriges Kopfsteinpflaster ca. 400 Meter alles hin schleppen. Hätte man im Text vorher erwähnen müssen. Sehr Mühsam. Das Personal war nicht so hilfreich. Infos über die Anreise und das Parken, kamen sehr spät. Zu Frühstück geht man besser außerhalb, es sei denn, man liebt Mexikanisches Frühstück. 🤔

Alles in allem hat es sich gelohnt.
Pros:

Lage und Personal waren sehr gut

Cons:

Das Frühstück kostete 9,-€ und war nebenan in einer mexikanischen Bar. Man musste das Frühstück aus einer Menükarte auswählen. Es waren fast alles mexikanische Gerichte. Auf das Frühstück habe ich eine halbe Stunde gewartet. Mir wurde Kaffee angeboten, der aber nie kam, weil ich erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt bekommen habe, dass der Kaffeeautomat defekt sei. Ein Ersatzgetränk wurde mir nicht angeboten.
