Were staying in Suites room, upgraded by members IHG, room was clean and cold, check in was smooth with Mas Alto. You can access to resto on third floor for dining and breakfast, all food are delicious, the staff are friendly thankyou to Dina, Pak Eka, Chef Jimmy for the hospitality

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Hospitality – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

We stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada as a family group and booked 7 rooms. Before our arrival, the hotel staff were very responsive and followed up on our requests through email.
As we were travelling with several elderly family members, we requested high-floor rooms and connecting rooms for added convenience. We were very pleased that the hotel accommodated all of our requests, which made our family stay much more comfortable.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.
One experience we would like to share is our dinner at Duta Café Rooftop. We booked the buffet dinner for 13 people after spending the day shopping at Thamrin. As everyone was tired and hungry, we were looking forward to enjoying a full buffet spread upon arrival.
To our surprise, many of the dishes were prepared only after being ordered, rather than being readily available at the buffet. There were also several other tables waiting for their food. As we were travelling with elderly family members, we felt it would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us about this arrangement in advance, especially since our reservation for 13 guests had already been made.
However, we would like to sincerely thank the restaurant supervisor and the team for their professionalism and quick response. After we shared our concerns, they immediately arranged for the available dishes to be served first while the remaining food was prepared as quickly as possible. We really appreciated their effort, and thankfully the wait was not too long despite the restaurant being busy.
The rooftop ambience was wonderful, with the swimming pool creating a relaxing atmosphere, and the live band performed beautifully right in front of our table. The singer was excellent, and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the performance. Once the food arrived, it was delicious, and everyone had an enjoyable evening.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Jakarta Gajah Mada. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and for making our family trip a memorable one. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta and look forward to staying here again in the future.
