Excellent location, small room.
Pros:

Location was excellent in the heart of CBD - extremely convenient for shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

However, the room size was much smaller than expected but it was worth value for money. There was also a bit of a smell when we first arrived but it was fine the following days.

Great location but just adequate for everything else.

Location was great.

Cons:

No bin liners in the rubbish bins, soap dispenser fell off the wall when we used it, we couldn’t connect our Chromecast to the TV, we were woken in the night twice; first time the shower suddenly started dripping, the second was an almighty thud from the room above us.

Atmosphere everything was good
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and in a great location, close to supermarkets, shops, cafés, and shopping areas. Everything was within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. The hotel also offered great service and facilities. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Cons:

The bathroom lacked privacy, which was a bit uncomfortable. It would also be nice if the hotel provided toothbrushes and toothpaste. Another issue was the lighting system, as the bathroom lights were connected to the room lights, making it impossible to turn on just the bathroom light without lighting up the rest of the room. These are small things that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

Cons:

I had issues with:
- adjusting temperature and/or turning off the temp of air-con causing the room to be very warm and stuffy
- the tv chrome-cast only worked once and after that was not working anymore (being unable to use any streaming services only cable networks)
- the shower water would go from hot to cold and see-saw

Cons:

There was a whistling sound coming from the door that only stopped when the door was opened. The toilet and shower was also not in a separate room and only had frosted glass that could be seen through with a gap at the top of the door, which didn’t latch or anything.

Excellent stay at Hotel

Very good location and worth for money

Cons:

Only one security staff didn't treat us properly. He charge 20 dollars cash for short time parking from my friend's child who came to meet us to help in the room.
