Excellent stay at Hotel
Pros:

Very good location and worth for money

Cons:

Only one security staff didn't treat us properly. He charge 20 dollars cash for short time parking from my friend's child who came to meet us to help in the room.

Very worth the price and I would stay again.

The Staff were helpful and professional. The pastries and Coffee were exceptional.

Cons:

Where do I start. The first room we were provided smelt foul and were directed to another room. No Desk or chair for writing. Very poor design. Carpet not clean. Gully trap started to smell after three days. Hand basin was not very well situated we both hit this during the night well going to toilet. The sheets were very good quality. The room for sleeping was very quiet.

Pillows too high! Shower temperature varies from luke warm to scalding without any tap adjustment.

Ibis / accor is usually great, however this stay was somewhat disappointing
Pros:

Typically it is great location , staff are great and the rooms are great for value

Cons:

my room had cockroaches, i’ve taken photos, i tried going through a separate channel to discuss this and have received nothing back, i also had staff interrupt me and ask when im checking out prior to check out , the shower was also inconsistent with temperature
