Great price, great compact room , best location
Pros:

Flight was delayed n they gave me late checkout time till 5pm for a very small fee. Such readiness to help !

Cons:

Digital fugitives may struggle as counters are self-manned. Thankfully Novotel staff are there in person to assist in urgent cases.

Was told to pay “whenever” for the checkout.
Was woken up by house keeping.
Was then woken up by reception calling me.
Was then woken up by staff knocking on my door.

Just unbelievable, I specifically requested a late checkout so I could sleep, and the staff just couldn’t care less. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a hotel. Being woken up 4 times after requesting a late checkout is absolutely unacceptable.

We have around 10-15 people staying here a year for work. Will be recommending that we move hotels next year.

Beds not very comfortable and not a fan when the shower and toilet is so close together and not an actual bathroom? and nowhere to dry especially if you have your son staying in the room as well!
