Location was great. Concierge and room service staff were lovely.
Room wasn't cleaned during stay. Had a knock on the door to ask if we needed anything though lady was lovely.
Only 1 pillow per bed, also wish they had a smart tv.

I have to come down to ground floor or ask my guesses to check in at level 2 so they can come to visit me in my room. I bit annoyed tbh

rooms were tiny, sink in bedroom was not in the pictures. also you could here every door open in the floor and it always sounded like someone was trying to get into your room. not soundproof at all
