Better be careful
Pros:

Strategic location in the center of CBD

Cons:

Room was fine, neat and tidy but not so fan with bathroom and bedroom in one room together. Shockingly, They charged me with $70 valet parking out of nowhere even though I’m traveling by train and didn’t bring any car. I want to resolve the matter but there were no staff on reception and confusing help line as well.

Over all, it was good .
Pros:

Location was good. Very easy accessible. Very centralised. Many restaurants walking distance .

Cons:

1)There is a cafe at the ground floor. The middle age male staff was rude .
2) the water pressure was not consistent. The water heater was also not consistent. Need to keep adjusting the handle of the shower handle .
3) I ask for late check out at 12pm one night earlier and the guy at the reception was very kind and polite and he granted me. But this morning when I was still packing and it was 11:40am, there was a loud knocked on my room door. I opened my room door, there stood a young dark skin lady face looks stern without smile ask me rudely what time I want to check out. After I told her that I requested to checkout at 12pm, she replied, so another 15 minutes ? I replied politely and said “yes”. She then just walk away.
