Good value and location for money in CBD
Pros:

Location was ideal, close to public transport & Melbourne Central. Walking distance to many restaurants and mini marts, bed was comfortable, room was neat and tidy, very quiet, excellent value for being in the heart of the CBD

Cons:

Room was on the small side, $80 extra per night for parking was very expensive considering you already paid for your accommodation

Stay overall was good but won’t be going back due to shower
Pros:

The property was clean and efficient bed and shower

Cons:

The shower was terrible no water pressure and it kept going from really hot to cold had to constantly adjust

It was clean.
Staff was friendly.

Cons:

We requested 2 single beds. Arrived with 1 king size and had to call down to have it changed.

No hair dryer in the unit.
Only enough towels for 1 person.
Room was very small and lay out not good. Almost impossible to do your makeup stading at such a bad angle
We were 3 groups of friends in 3 rooms and all 3 had such bad mirror options.
