La ubicación es buena si estas buscando moverte en downtown.

Cons:

No limpiaron la habitación. El personal no es amable. Me quedé sin shampoo a medio baño. Es de los shampoos montados en ña pared. No tiene self parking y cuesta 40 mas tax la noche de valet. No regreso

Je suis extrêmement déçu de cet hôtel car quand on a tout réservé et payé pour des vacances on doit

Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience car l’hôtel a pratiqué une double tarification alors que ma réservation chez booking.com était payée. Le fait d’avoir ouvert un autre compte a occasionné un nouveau règlement et prélèvement. Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas des buffets ou l’on peut prendre ce que l’on veut. Mais c’est à la carte avec une seule boisson et un plateau breakfast. Je suis extrêmement déçu et mécontent de cet hôtel et il a fallu contacter booking pour dénoncer cela mais malgré cela le personnel n’a rien voulu savoir puisque j’ai été débité sur mon compte. Je fais une réclamation à ce sujet

L’accueil et l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner en buffet comme dans les autres hotels. Le frigidaire était débranché et fonctionnait pas bien.
