Clean, central and small hotel with good views from river side windows
Pros:

Clean and very close to Arashiyama without being in the very busy tourist area. Hotel was right by the river

Cons:

Very minor issue in that the river rapids are very loud for some but to me it was pleasant.

リラックスできる心の安らぎの一時！
Pros:

二重窓で外の音がシャフトダウンされていて、室内でリラックスでき都ても良かった。
ロケーションも良くて心地が良かった。
室内は清掃が行き届いており気持ちよく過ごせました。

Cons:

出来たら室内に（時計プラス温度：湿度計）があればよかったかな？普段はスマホ等で確認するけど、室内でリラックスしながら過ごすときは、やはり室内に時計だけでも有れば良いと思いました。

スタッフは親切でした

Cons:

ご近所の騒音が夜遅くまで続いていました。落ち着きませんでした。
また、アパートの一室だとは知らなかったのでびっくりしました。
おとなの女性のひとり旅には向いていませんでした。
学生さんなどにはいいかもしれないです。

Pros:

車椅子利用の家族がいたが、宿泊前にいろんな確認をホテル側からしてくれた。ユニットバスだったので、便座に座った際の手すりがなく不安だったが、タッチアップの手摺を準備してくれたので助かった。
朝食も美味しかった。
渡月橋が部屋から眺めよく見えたので、嵐山にきた！と言う感じがした。
