Great location, very kind staff and accommodating.

Cons:

My husband and I have 4 kids and we had to book 2 rooms. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and considerate and put bed rails up on the sides for our little ones. The only slightly negative thing would be that the rooms were on the smaller side and that my husband says the bed he slept on was too hard for him… but I honestly had the best night sleep. Maybe the beds were different. :) all in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and comfortable
Pros:

Lovely location, very near Togetsukyo Bridge. You can also get a 200 yen dicount coupon for the onsen nearby. Good to make it as a base to walk to some of the attractions within Arashiyama such as the bamboo forest, the monkey park, Adashino Nenbutsuji and Gioji

部屋にも人にも大満足で、是非また泊まりたいです。

・桂川のほとりでロケーションと部屋からの景観が素晴らしかった。

The mattress sagged in the middle really bad one of the worst nights sleeps. I’ve had in Japan over the three week stay the young fella at the desk really needs to find a job that is happy with cause he was the most rudest person I had met in Japan and I must say I didn’t really meet any negative people over there or rude. on the toilet, what’s the tiniest space I’ve ever seen in it looks big in the picture but it’s not an airplane toilet has more room. There is no way possible to put a blunt. Wipe your butt without standing up.

Pros:

1.地理位置步行至嵐山景區都很方便：距離阪急嵐山站5分鐘，渡月橋10分鐘，嵐電嵯峨站15分鐘，JR嵯峨嵐山站、小火車嵯峨站和竹林小徑都約20分鐘，若是規劃嵐山之旅是非常推薦的好地方。
尤其每天早上坐在窗戶旁吃著早餐搭配美景渡月橋，食物都美味了幾分。
2.房間非常乾淨和舒適，就算有時到市中心玩了一天身體相當疲累後，覺得從京都站搭地鐵還需要轉二趟車感覺有些麻煩，但是一回到嵐山呼吸到清新的空氣，踏入了飯店房間後舒適又放鬆的氛圍，頓時覺得一切都是值得的。

浴室有些小但不影響使用，對我個人來說床鋪太軟了

I was surprised by the hotel's services; it's equivalent to a 5-star hotel.
The hotel's location is excellent
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a stunning river view.
Breakfast is wonderful and very delicious.

Pros:

밤늦게 교토역에서 택시타고 아라시야마로 갔는데, 다행히 체크인 마감시간인 밤 11시 직전에 도착. 아침에 일어나서 본 창 밖이 예술이었어요~~~ 조용하고 깨끗하고, 옆에 후후노유 할인권도 줘서 밤에 온천도 다녀왔습니다. 엘리베이터도 있고 4층에서 묵었는데 층고가 높아서 훨씬 쾌적했어요. 게다가 창문이 활짝 열려서 환기가 잘 되는게 제일 좋았습니다.

Cons:

평소에 단단한 매트리스를 사용하시는 분들은 주무실 때 불편할 것 같아요. 침대가 되게 많이 꿀렁거립니다... 식당들이 관광객들이 빠지는 시간이 지나면 거의 닫기 때문에, 이른 저녁 드시거나 주변에 편의점 위치를 미리 파악해두시는게 좋아요.

직원분들이 정말 친절합니다!! 체크인시간보다 일찍 도착하는 경우 호텔에 짐을 맡겨놓으면 체크인 시간에 맞춰 방에 짐을 미리 옮겨놔주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 위치도 정말 좋고 룸들이 강 뷰여서 너무 좋았습니다! 청결도 마음에 들고 그냥 다 좋았다고밖에 표현 할 수 없습니다!! 무조건 강추입니다!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Arashiyama and would stay here again
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed the japanese breakfast every morning. Location was perfect, away from the crowds, close to the onsen, beautiful view.

Cons:

Mattress was a bit too soft and gave me back ache
