Pros:

The view, the breakfast and the staff were all amazing. Enjoyed a morning out on their free, well maintained bikes.
I've included photos of, the view from my room, the bike on my ride and the delicious breakfast

Pros:

The staff here are extremely friendly and polite. I arrived late and wasn't able to check in until 10 PM, but the hotel staff waited for me patiently. Both the evening and morning front desk receptionists were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Great hospitality—thank you!

Fantastic! A perfect location to explore Arashiyama on foot.
Pros:

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. They were willing to make telephone calls for us, recommend restaurtants, etc. in a genuinely pleasant manner. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Arashiyama.

コスパよし！で大満足でした。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

渡月橋が見える素晴らしいロケーションでびっくりしました！お部屋もとても気持ち良くてゆったり過ごせました。
チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくださりありがとうございました！
レンジがエレベーター横にあって助かりました。

超快適
Pros:

お部屋は改装されてあまり経ってないのか、綺麗で清潔感あり広かったです。３階でしたが、眺望もよく嵐山の山々、渡月橋がよく見えました。
スタッフの皆様が大変感じ良く、優しく接していただきました。朝食はビジネスホテルとは思えないぐらい豪華で美味しかったです。ぜひまた訪れたいと思いました。

Pros:

Rooms well equipped and reasonably sized. Staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. The Japanese breakfast was affordable and delicious. They have four bikes available to guests which is great for going to shops/ coin laundry’s.

Cons:

Bathroom is smaller but similar to many hotels in Japan.

渡月橋界隈でたまたま見つけた４つ星ホテル💕
Pros:

渡月橋の近くで、窓からの景観もよく、駅からも近くお店を見ながらのそぞろ歩きにも、丁度良かったです😊
もちろんスタッフさんの対応も良かったです❗️
そしてなにより朝食も良かったです❗️

スタッフさんのおもてなしにホッとできました。
Pros:

清潔で部屋がきれい。エレベーターがあって便利。窓からの景色もよいです。スタッフの方がとても親しみやすく親切。朝食が和食で美味しかった。テラスもある。観光地にあって喧騒から少し離れた場所にある。電車の駅も近くアクセスも便利。

外観が、遠目にあまりきれいではないように思う。
それが、反対に良い点でもあると思う。

We loved the location, 15min walk to train station. Room was small but clean& comfortable.
Pros:

Great location with good views, short walk to most attractions, including bamboo forest, Snow Monkey park etc. Small hotel, was perfect for our 4 night stay.
