felt like they are going to close hotel and did not really care

This time - nothing.

Cons:

I am a loyal customer of this hotel, but this time the experience was dreadful. It left me with the impression that the hotel is going to close soon, and it somehow manages the remaining clients, but with no enthusiasm. I arrived late and was given the keys to a very hot room with a noisy, non-working central air-conditioning system. Midway through my shower, I was asked to move rooms because they apparently put me in the wrong place. The new room was a little better, but still no really working air conditioning. Already in bed (1.30 am), they knocked on the door to ask for the key from the previous room (plastic key). In the morning, when breakfast starts 7.30 - nothing is there. Staff came and suggested making me an omelette, but by 8 am it still hadn't arrived, despite me being the only client in the breakfast room. Time to stop being a loyal client and let the hotel close.

Good hotel, but be careful with the advertised eSIM
Pros:

The hotel was very good overall. The room was comfortable and clean, and I had a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and the location was convenient.

Cons:

My only disappointment was the eSIM advertised at the hotel. I purchased a HelloSIM Balkans eSIM there expecting to use it in Kosovo, but later found out that the Balkans plan does not actually provide coverage in Kosovo. Since it was being advertised at a hotel in Prishtina, this was quite misleading and inconvenient. I hope the hotel will make sure guests are clearly informed about this.

Great stay, friendly staff, spotless rooms, and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

All the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the rooms were spotless and very clean. We stayed for five days, and the complimentary bottle of wine as a kind gesture made us feel truly valued. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to my friends.
