Great stay, friendly staff, spotless rooms, and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

All the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the rooms were spotless and very clean. We stayed for five days, and the complimentary bottle of wine as a kind gesture made us feel truly valued. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to my friends.

Good hotel, but be careful with the advertised eSIM
Pros:

The hotel was very good overall. The room was comfortable and clean, and I had a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and the location was convenient.

Cons:

My only disappointment was the eSIM advertised at the hotel. I purchased a HelloSIM Balkans eSIM there expecting to use it in Kosovo, but later found out that the Balkans plan does not actually provide coverage in Kosovo. Since it was being advertised at a hotel in Prishtina, this was quite misleading and inconvenient. I hope the hotel will make sure guests are clearly informed about this.

Pros:

Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hell und hygienisch

Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Some Areas Need Improvement
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés, while still being quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and professional.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was quite limited and very basic. The croissants were bad.

I was also disappointed by the attitude of one young female staff member, who appeared to be from the management or office team. I smiled and greeted her, but she neither responded nor acknowledged me and instead turned her face away. In a hospitality environment, a simple greeting can make a significant difference to a guest’s experience.

Cleanliness was another concern. I found several hairs on the bed and in the toilet area upon arrival.
