Lock on front door was tricky
Good location to downtown. Walking distance to attractions. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet place and secure.
Owner of property had bad communication. We had to have a neighbor call the house keeping staff to let us in the apartment. Owner never sent the check in instructions.
No breakfast.
I think would be nice to have water included.

Quiet location in the middle of centro. We stayed in Loft 2. It had a roomy living and dining area furnished with leather sofas and dining room table. All furniture was in excellent condition and good quality. Smart tv in living room but there is no tv in bedroom. The bathroom is large and has a separate tub and shower. The kitchen was equipped with enough cooking utensils to prepare simple meals however there are many restaurants in the area. Overall, it was an exceptional experience.
Excellent location, 2.5 blocks from the centro historico. Very quiet. Cute common areas. Our one-bedroom apartment was comfortable, bathroom was large. The view from the terrace is gorgeous.
The bed was a bit hard. Very dark so interior bright lights were very helpful. Some of the dishes in the cupboard had dried up food residue. Many short stairs throughout and no help with luggage so it could be difficult for some folks.

Étant resté 30 jours, le loft 2 exige 20 marches, le loft 4 exige une trentaine de marches et le grand patio commun demande une quarantaine de marches et plus. LE loft 1 est le plus accessible pour l’arrivée.
Loved the location — a quick flat walk to the Jardin. Some beautiful boutiques and restaurants a few doors down. Our apartment was one of 5 or 6 well- appointed apartments in a restored casa. Squeeky clean and very quiet. Great views of the church from the rooftop terrace.
FYI: Be aware that the building is quite vertical and there are many stairs up to the apartments. So, may not be the best choice if you are a heavy packer! Also, our loft apartment had the bedroom upstairs and a downstairs bathroom/ dressing area. This arrangement didn’t bother us, but if you tend to get up several times during the night, you might want to ask about a single floor apartment. Also, not a deal breaker, but the apartment lacked a tea kettle.
Beautiful courtyard and rooftop. Very spacious and comfortable suites very close to the main square.
Internet was out for nearly 3 days

We live in San Antonio, Texas and have flown to SMA at least 20 times in the past 15 years. The property is on one of the oldest and richest streets (Sollano) in SMA - a former mansion 300 years old that has been beautifully converted into 6 apartments by the property owner. This old colonial mansion has thick adobe and stone walls, beautiful courtyards, plants and fountains and has one of the best rooftop balcony views in SMA. We arrived at midnight after a late flight to Queretaro with a clear set of instructions on the coded and carded entry with no problem. Otherwise, daytime entry is routine with cleaning, maintenance and garden staff on site. Security on the property is really good.
The owner was not on site this holiday season, but we were in constant contact with Lucia on WhatsApp. The apartments are all unique and very different with beautiful tile, wood, cabinetry, brick and stone craftsmanship. We have stayed here twice (apartments 1 & 2) but have seen all of the apartments. The TVs are good for streaming, and the internet is fast.
No breakfast is served but there are 15 cafes that do that are within a block. Very good coffeemakers in the room, full-size refrigerators and big, fully stocked kitchens (but who would cook in SMA with a hundred great places to eat nearby?)
My only reservation with giving a recommendation this good is I want this place to be available the next time we come to SMA

Unless youre already a millionaire,you ll definitely feel like one if youre lucky enough to stay here !.I stayed in 3 hotels in the town in the week before and had been a bit disappointed.But then i hit the jackpot.Superb in every way ! I had Loft 4 and couldnt fault it. Great rooftop terraces also.Very professionally run by the staff too. I loved the courtesy dressing gowns - am now trying to track one down to buy online.Dont hesitate - go ahead and book it now !.
Not really suitable for Disabled/wheelchair users. And dont burn the toast ! The smoke alarms are quite high on the ceilings and v hard to reach to turn off.
