Muy buena experiencia en el Hotel Vance. La ubicación es excelente, lo que facilita mucho desplazarse y conocer la zona. Las instalaciones son cómodas, agradables y están bien cuidadas. En general, un hotel muy recomendable para una estancia cómoda y tranquila. Sin duda volvería.
It was easy to walk around to the public transit
The hotel staff wasnt very helpful or friendly .
Extra charges on my statement that I wasn't told about!!! Almost 200.00 of extra charges that I still have no clue what it is for! I trash wasnt even taken out the room the entire 4 day stay only once did they come take the trash out, and I didnt even have the sign not to come in on the door! My advice chose a different hotel!!!!!!! Don't stay here!

I’m conflicted. The bed was comfortable. The rooms large but…walk into the business tower lobby and there’s a disheveled desk which looks like the “bell hop” - it’s the check-in. There’s no lounge to gather in and promote the brand - or bar per se.
The rooms are overly large but the company didn’t know what to do with the space. Two desks…one against a blank wall. Agressive graphics ona couple of walls. Nothing on other. Blam! There’s a lobster in the shower.
Stains on the hallway carpets. A deserted restaurant on the ground floor. The location feels like a business area. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I had business on the floors above.
Recommendat: stay at the High Low Hotel.
Schöne grosse Zimmer, bequemes Bett, und die von Vorschreibern bemängrlte Duschglaswand ist nicht zu bemängeln. Lieber die Glasscheibe wie ein klebriger Duschvorhang.

Very confortable facilities and the bed was excellent. Had a nice and sound sleep. Location awesome!!

Room was fine, check in process was a disaster with front desk staff missing and “forgot” to leave up a sign to text him while he was gone. I arrived late after a 2+hour flight delay. I waited 20 minutes before he returned. I asked to speak to a manager in the morning, it was after 9am and had not arrived. I left the front desk my contact information and he never called back. The only good thing about the surly morning front desk person is that he was at his station. No hospitality found at this establishment. AVOID!
It was so artsy. Location was a major plus.
