The first impression was not good at all.

Cons:

Wifi service is very pathetic and very bad, even hotels which are in lower standard than Zenseana have good wifi service, when i told the manager about it, she just opened her phone and show me the youtube video is working, internet speed was less than 1mb up/down both

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال سيء للغاية شارع الفندق فيه رائحة غير حسنة الفندق مليء بالناموس في البهو في الغرف لا يوجد ناموس واستغرب أنه خمس نجوم فلا يستحق ذلك والفطور غير متنوع

موقع المكان ممتاز بعيد عن الزحمة والصخب ومناسب للعوائل، قريب من شاطيء باتونغ مشي تقريبا 7 دقائق جنبة محل صرافة ومحلات تنسيق الرحلات وكذلك قريب منه سفن إلفن وكذلك مطعم تركي ومطعم مروش ، الموظفين جدا ودودين ومتعاونين ولطيفين مع الاطفال وفي كثير عوائل خليجية تسكن الفندق
