מלון שמציג את עצמו כ-5 כוכבים, אך בפועל מרגיש כמו מלון 3 כוכבים בלבד. חוויה מאכזבת מאוד

לצערי כמעט ולא היה משהו חיובי לציין. המיקום סביר, אבל זה לא פיצה על שאר הבעיות

התאכזבנו מאוד מהשהות במלון. התארחנו במשך 7 לילות והחוויה הייתה רחוקה מאוד ממה שמצופה ממלון שמדורג כמלון 5 כוכבים.

רמת הניקיון הייתה נמוכה לאורך כל השהות. במשך 2 ימים מתוך 7 כלל לא ניקו את החדר שלנו, למרות שציפינו לשירות בסיסי. שירות החדרים היה מאכזב, והמגבות לא הוחלפו באופן קבוע גם לאחר שביקשנו.

בנוסף, הזמנו 3 חדרים אחד עבורנו ועוד 2 חדרים עבור הילדים ולצערנו בכל שלושת החדרים הייתה בדיוק אותה רמת שירות ירודה, כך שלא מדובר במקרה חד-פעמי אלא בבעיה כללית של המלון.

באחד הלילות גם המזגן התקלקל, ונאלצנו להעביר לילה שלם ללא מיזוג, דבר שפגע מאוד בחוויית השהייה.

גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה דלה מאוד, עם מבחר מצומצם ופשוט, ובוודאי לא ברמה שמצופה ממלון 5 כוכבים.

בסיכומו של דבר, לדעתנו המלון אינו ראוי לדירוג של 5 כוכבים. אם היינו צריכים לדרג אותו בעצמנו, לא היינו נותנים לו יותר מ-3 כוכבים. זו הייתה אכזבה גדולה מאוד, ולצערנו לא נחזור למלון הזה ולא נמליץ עליו.

אהבנו את המיקום של המלון ושהיה מישהו שעזר לחצות את הכביש ועזר עם המזוודות.

Cons:

רמת הניקיון לא טובה. היו הרבה תקלות בחדר. הטלוויזיה בקושי עבדה, לא היו מעצורים לדלתות. כל בקשה חיכינו הרבה זמן עד שמומשה.
