NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL
Pros:

The staff was reasonably polite but not with the typical Thai charm I’ve known to love over the years of visiting the land of smiles

Cons:

There is no pavement/sidewalk outside the hotel so when you’re away from the hotel front you’re straight into a busy road which you can also hear from your room which is very frustrating
There is no A/C in the hotel reception which can be quite uncomfortable due to the heat of Thailand, the hotel is also is situated right next to a mosque and every single morning at around 5am I was woken up by the LOUD call to prayer for the Muslims
The room was not as described on the website and was dated and dirty in places mainly the shower room and the A/C is incredibly loud and the lock on the door was very tatty and looked like a careless job had been done to repair
The bed was made upon request which was good but the bedding was dated and sometimes had holes in (see photo attached)
The room service was very disappointing with no pork available on the menu which ruled out many nice thai dishes
Breakfast was POOR and not worth the extra and again no pork which was disappointing
The pool area was small and very congested
If you’re expecting a 5 star hotel with a 5 star experience you will be greatly disappointed
If you stay in room 5010 you will not enjoy your stay

The staff where very helpful and Pleasant they went out of their way to help.. also you could book trips the food in the restaurant was very nice.. I enjoyed my time at this hotel I definitely would recommend it for location, cleanliness, comfort, and the staff were amazing..

Una estafa se anuncia como 5 estrellas y es de 4

Nada, está anunciado como 5 estrellas y es de 4, muy mal todo, no nos quisimos quedar y aún así nos cobraron 3 noches 2 habitaciones cuando acabábamos de hacer la reserva allí mismo.

He realizado una reserva en este Hotel en el dia de hoy a la llegada al hotel en la misma recepcion , y hemos preferido reservar a traves de Booking porque soy Genius nivel 3 VIP. Nos han asignado las habitaciones hemos subido a verlas , y hemos bajado inmediatamente a cancelar la reserva . Este Hotel esta anunciado en Booking como un 5 Estrellas . eso es falso , me siento engañado. La habitacion que nos han asignado , daba a un patio interior , no vistas ciudad como ponia en la descripcion habitacion muy calurosa y el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y habitacion muy pequeña . Nada corresponde con la descrpicion anunciada en este Hotel. Hemos solicitado en recepcion la cancelacion y devolucion , y nos han dicho que habia que solicitar por Booking. Solicitamos que nos hagan el reembolso de las 3 noches de 2 habitaciones doble puesto que es un engaño como esta anunciado este hotel en su portal . Hemos tenido que realizar otra reserva en otro Hotel , como pueden comprobar . Ruego consideren mi peticion . Saludos Jose Manuel Ramirez

Fantástico hotel relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

Lo primero que te llama la atención es la amabilidad del personal.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.
La ubicación del hotel está a 300 metros de la playa.
Buena relación calidad-precio.
Volveremos seguro a este hotel.

Cons:

Algo que sí deberían de mejorar es el acceso a la piscina que hay en la sexta planta, ya que las escaleras son muy incómodas para gente mayor o con discapacidad les es prácticamente imposible salir de la piscina.

La ubicación y el desayuno

Cons:

La cama era dos colchones y en la noche se separan. Por lo que es incómodo.
La otra situación no es como tal del hotel, pero a las 4 am hay un canto de la mezquita que nos despertó las 3 noches
