The staff were excellent, always smiling and helpful, managers were always coming up asking how your stay was going, the hotel was very clean and organized, the breakfast buffet is very large with tonnes of options and variety that changed daily over my 2 week stay. You can order room service pretty late. The showers are exceptional with the many features, waterfall, horizontal jets, vertical jets, and wand. The pool is fantastic with the bartender always available to set e you drinks or food, and the special features of the jetted sun seats was a nice touch .... Waking up and getting your day started is a breath of fresh air every morning with this hotel and spa. I can't even begin to tell you about the ease of everything. Truly a relaxing holiday, made perfect by this wonderful, clean and very friendly hotel and staff. I highly recommend staying here.

the area was nice close to everything and the staff were very friendly
nothing really except on the last day the indians ruined the stay knocking on doors and the smell was unpleasant

Technische problemen worden in eerste instantie overgelaten aan een receptionist of bellboy. Pas na inschakeling engineer of mecanic werden problemen opgelost.

המחיר מאוד זול!! וקרוב מאוד לבית חב״ד ממש 2 דקות הליכה, אם אתם רוצים מלון רק לישון ושאר היום לטייל הוא מצויין לזה
החדר קטן הוצאנו את הכסא למרפסת שגם היא ממש מטר על מטר, המיטה לא הכי נוחה אבל בסדר
בשביל המחיר זה הגיוני מאוד
