Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple reviewers praise high cleanliness standards and modern, clean rooms (e.g., 'Cleanliness was to a high standard', 'Was clean', 'modern and clean').
Service
8
Staff frequently described as attentive, professional and helpful (several mentions of excellent service and specific praise for staff members), though a few isolated negative incidents (front desk shouting, inconsistent guest handling) lower the score slightly.
Location
7.5
Many guests note a good location near the beach and convenient amenities; a few mention it is further from the main action or not ideal for families, producing a generally positive but mixed view.
Room Quality
7.2
Rooms are often described as modern and great (modern, new), but some guests report small rooms and bathroom privacy issues, so quality is good but not flawless.
Amenities
7
Rooftop pool and happy hour praised; gym noted as dated and Wi‑Fi issues reported—overall amenities are good but with clear shortcomings.
Value for Money
7
Several comments describe the hotel as reasonably priced and good value, but others argue it does not fully merit five-star status and mention frustrating extra charges for guests, yielding a mixed value perception.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast and pool-bar happy hour are mentioned positively by guests; no major food complaints in the reviews provided.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall sentiment leans positive with multiple glowing stays, praise for staff and rooftop, and statements like 'Expectations exceeded' and 'We had the best time', though some operational and facility negatives temper the score.

Excellent stay. Great value.
Pros:

The facilities and rooms. Had everything we could ask for. Cleanliness was to a high standard.

Cons:

The inconsistency over allowing guests into the hotel. Quite often people would walk in - without staff batting an eyelid - with a prostitute, or someone they’d met on a night out. A couple of times I had to pay money to bring a guest into the hotel room. This was frustrating.
