Quick, convenient, boutique, intimate.
Pros:

Quickest check-in/check-out process ever, 10-15 seconds max. Reception staff speak very good English. They communicate fast, clear, and efficient.

Cons:

The bed mattress is a bit too soft. The sofa is way too soft and uncomfortable to sleep in overnight (we stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment). A bit of mold in the shower cabin. Some furniture and interior finishes need retouching/repairs.
