Nice and comfortable hotel in Istanbul area.
Pros:

The hotel is located very closed to the Main Street of this small town (district) with plenty of cafes and shops. Metrobus stop is just 7 min walk away. The destination from the hotel to Tuyap exhibition center is about 10 km and 30 min from doors to doors by metrobus, avoiding traffic jams. Great shopping center is a few stops away. There is a big market a few min away by foot with amazing choices of local fresh food. The staff is absolutely fantastic and helpful. The room is clean (cleaning every day) and the bed is comfortable. Teapot iand complimentary water. Fast WiFi. The breakfast is very good on my opinion. Besides, the guy from reception organized very comfortable ride to the airport for me and gave Turkish sweets as farewell gift:). I will choose this place for sure for my next trip to this area again.

Cons:

The only one thing (but very often in Istanbul and surrounding) - smell of tobacco smoke in the room sometimes, although the rooms are non smoking. I guess probably it comes from ventilation. But it was not bad, I guess this remark will be helpful for people with allergies on tobacco smell.
Please note, it is far away from Istanbul center, but perfect for visiting exhibition center close by.

The reception service was excellent, with tea, coffee, and juice offered freely. the staff were very friendly and the hotel were very clean. The location was very good near to Altaylat restaurant which offered delicious and good prices food. And near to best Kunafaa I ever test. Albasha’s Kunafa
