Great place for a family!
Pros:

The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family of five. Having two bathrooms made it so much easier for us all to get ready each day. It was clean and the drink station was so nice to have.

매일 갈아주는 에머니티 서비스도 좋고 택배도 받아주시고 프론트 직원분들이 참 친절 했습니다.무엇보다 동경역과 가까워서 좋았습니다.

Amazing experience! We slept so well after our busy tiring days. I hope the cleaning crew and staff continue to do a won

The location was convenient because it was close to Tokyo station and Nihombashi station. We were so comfortable too because the rooms did not have carpets (we prefer hardwood floors). The cleaning crew did their best cleaning our room whenever we liked. The staff were helpful with everything even our Takkyubin (delivering luggages from the hotel to our hotel in Osaka.

Cons:

The room was very small - but that's Japan! Seemed expensive. I think I paid more because I booked from Australia than if I had booked closer to the time when in Japan or if I had booked from a Japanese site.

Super easy for train station travel-and comfortable—a bit overpriced
Pros:

So convenient to train station. We walked with luggage and were there in minutes. It’s a great location for that purpose. Quiet

Cons:

I don’t love the location simply bc it’s more financial district. But we chose it for access to train station so it totally met our needs. Bathroom was small. It’s a very basic/ sterile design but it’s as advertised. I found it a bit pricey but it’s the location and that make sense.
