A nice layover if you arrive at Tokyo after a very long flight :)
Pros:

The hotel was situated very close to the bus terminal we arrived at (from Narita airport) as well as the Tokyo train station. It was a nice one-night layover overall.

Cons:

As we stayed for only a single night we do not have anything negative to note.

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. When I was unable to speak Japanese in the morning, the young man I called at the front desk spoke with me in (completely fluent) English and helped me take my suitcases (I had many) to and from my room.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, teniendo cerca Tokyo station y otras líneas de metro que te permiten moverte por todo Tokyo.
El personal es muy amable y hay un servicio de bebida y snacks gratis después del desayuno hasta las 7:00 (que empieza el siguiente turno del desayuno).
Posibilidad de prepararte tu desayuno si tienes prisa para take away.

La zona del desayuno es pequeña y poca variedad del desayuno, pero la calidad de lo que hay está muy bien
