Cons:

Windows didnt open and we couldny get any fresh air. Also ni view from any rooms. Maybe all the hotels are like that in Japan but unfotunately we were dissapointed about that

Otel ginza bölgesinin başladığı bir mevkiide. Biz üç kişilik bir aile olarak kaldık ve odanın mütevazi genişliğini yeterli bulduk. Üstelik adambaşı iki şer büyük valiz, sırt çantaları ve birkaç sipariş kutusunu odaya sığıştırdığımız halde. Tokyo merkezi konumuna göre oda büyüklüğü yeterli idi. Yatak ve yastık konforu çok iyi. Üçüncü yatak da aynı standart rahatlıktadır. Tuvalet ısıtıcılı ve çok fonksiyonlu, kayar kapı ile kapanan bir kare duş bölümü mevcut ve 24 saat sıcak suyunuz hazır. Oda hergün temizleniyor. Haftada bir de detaylı temizlik yaplıyor. Pencereler yandaki binaya yakın o yüzden manzarası yok ama bu sizin için sorun olmamalı. Manzara isteyen belediye binası 45. Kattan tokyo’yu ücretsiz izleyebilir. Biz kahvaltısız aldık çünkü otelin kahvaltı ürünlerini biz kahvaltının kralına aşina Türkler için yetersiz bulmuştum ancak hemen yanıbaşındaki seven eleven ya da family market’ten sıcak içeceğinizi ve gezginlerin favorisi geleneksel yiyeceği yumurtalı sandiviç dahil pek çok yiyecek içecek alarak odanızda yapabilirsiniz. Biz yanımızda peynir zeytin de getirdiğinizden kahvaltı işini hem kolay halletik hem de buna çok zaman harcamamış olduk. Otel ben gelmeden önce sipariş ettiğim büyük bir koliyi teslim alıp depolarında muhafaza etmişlerdi sağolsunlar. Kaldığım süre zarfında da kargolarımı teslim aldılar gece geldiğimde onlardan teslim aldım. Odaya giriş saat 3 olup erken giriş yok ancak valizinizi teslim edebilirsiniz. Şemsiye lazımsa ücretsiz kullanabilirsiniz. Kahvaltı saatinde eğer kahvaltı satın almadı iseniz girişteki yemek alanını kullanamazsınız ancak diğer saatlerde buradan sınırsız koladan tutun kahveye kadar bilimum içecek ve mini kurabiye vb. alıp ferahlayabilirsiniz. Ben bu hizmeti çok sevdim ve işe yarayan dişe dokunur bir hizmet. Otel merkezi konumda ve sanırım bu nedenle her milletten konuk görebilirsiniz.
Nihombashi metro durağına ve tokyo istasyonu shinkansen/jr duraklarına çok yakın bir tesis.

Cons:

Kahvaltı hizmeti satın almayanların kendi aldıklarını kahvaltı alanında tüketmelerine izin verilse daha iyi olabilirdi. Ancak alan böylesine hizmet vermeye yeterli m2’ye sahip olmayabilir. Fikir vermesi için buraya yazıyorum.

A good comfortable and well located hotel that has a n efficient front desk
Pros:

The breakfast was basic . I skipped breakfast for the following 2 mornings except for the coffee.

The location of the hotel was very good.

Cons:

Breakfast.

Request for payment of additional JPY 2000 per hr, if I require early check in even though the room was available.

Clean hotel with fantastic staff and great location
Pros:

Breakfast was good- not an extensive spread but all the bases were covered- Japanese and Western choices-the chocolate croissants( pain au chocolat)were delicious.
The coffee was also great.
Location was fantastic- super close to train station and subway

Cons:

Frankly - we were very happy.

Highly recommended for the location, cleanliness, and service!
Pros:

This is our third time staying here, and it's just as great as our previous stays. It's as central as you can get in Tokyo—very close to Tokyo and Nihombashi stations. The rooms are modern and sparkling clean, with complete amenities. Service was excellent with the warm and friendly staff who are always helpful. Daily cleaning is provided which is verg much appreciated. Breakfast is plentiful although choices are limited, but the quality is fair and more than enough to make for a satisfying meal.

Nothing.

The hotel room was good, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Hotel location is excellent, a 2 min walk to Tokyo Station.

Great location and great sized rooms
Pros:

Excellent location, close to Tokyo Station and metro lines. Multiple convenience stores closeby.

Connecting rooms was perfect for our group of 4. Rooms are great size. Mattresses are thin but comfortable.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
