Pros:

The breakfast was definitely good and varied.

Cons:

Sorry, I didn't like it that much. Not the location, not the place. Not the atmosphere. The bathroom had no place to put things, it was very noisy from outside.
The spa was very minimal.
Very small pool, enough for no more than 5-6 people.

Personal sehr freundlich allerdings sprechen nicht gerne russisch meist englisch
Wasser und Kaffe kostenlos ( Kapsel mit Automat )!

Cons:

Baustelle drum rum,laut. Im Bad an der Tür deutlich abgenutzt. Zimmertür von unten zum Korridor 3 cm Spalt,somit alles hörbar .
Nur 2 Aufzüge….

Отель расположен в районе Нового бульвара,в районе небоскребов.Довольны,что остановили свой выбор на время отдыха на этом отеле.Хочется отметить доброжелательность,вежливость и умение создавать хорошую атмосферу персоналу отеля,особенно менеджеру Нино и Майко.Спасибо всем!

המיקום של המלון מצויין- מול המזרקות באגם ובמרחק הליכה מהחוף. צוות אדיב ותמיד מוכנים לענות ולעזור. הזמנו חדר גדול ובסוף גילינו סטודיאו מ-2 חדרים: חדר עם ארון, טלוויזיה ומיטה גדולה, וחדר נוסף עם 2 ספות, שולחן עגול קטן, כורסאות ושולחן גדול. במקלחת היו מוצרי רחצה ומגבות בשפע. בחדר היו חלוקים, נעלי בית, מכונת קפה, קומקום, מקרר (עם שתיה), הכל להכנת תה וקפה. ארוחת בוקר מכובדת וטעימה- אפשר להזמין חביתה או ביצים לפי מה שאתם אוהבים. יש בריכה גדולה, אך לא הלכנו, כי יש שם חוגים לילדים ורועש מידי. להזמין טיפולים מראש אפשר רק אחה"צ- הבנתי שבבוקר הם לא עובדים. אינטרנט מצויין בכל שטחי המלון. בחדר הייתה מרפסת (יציאה מכל חדר) משקיפה לים- נוף מדהים.

Cons:

חוגי ילדים בבריכה- אי אפשר להיכנס מתי שנוח לנו. מיטה וכריות לא נוחים.

הבריכה קטנה ומתאימה לילדים , פחות למבוגרים , לארוחת הבוקר היה ראוי להוסיף בורקס / חצ'פורי .אין קזינו במלון ( יש במלונות סמוכים ) תקופת מונדיאל ניתן היה להקרין משחק בחדר האוכל על גבי מסך לטובת המעוניינים

Расположение отеля неплохое. Практически в центре. Номера неплохие. Вид из окна красивый. Но отель никак не тянет на 5 звезд.

Cons:

Бассейн, который заявлен, что есть, на самом деле сдается каким-то пенсионерам и школьникам под занятия. И проживающие в отеле, заплатившие немало, не могут им нормально пользоваться. А мы брали этот отель из-за бассейна в том числе. И бабульки, плавающие в бассейне, еще смотрят на тебя с недовольным видом. Как отель 5 звезд может сдавать свой бассейн в аренду в самый активный сезон пребывания. Это смешно просто!

Парковка есть.

Cons:

Бассейн гости должны делить с местными ребятишками. Сам бассейн уже не голубого цвета, а мутного. На 12ом этаже спать не возможно, тк на 13 этаже разместили ресторан и слышен каждый стул, который двигается туда-сюда. Конечно старый отель, не первой свежести...
