Кошмарный кошмар. Путешествовали на машине, и забронировали эту гостиницу как раз потому что была указана частная подземная парковка. Заранее общались с персоналом, так как прибытие было поздно ночью, и нас уверили что все будет ок , также в этой «5 звездочной» гостинице , якобы 24 стойка регистрации. Так вот, ни того ни доугого не было, как парковки, так и администратора на стойке, которая прибежала только через пол часа как мы ждали в лобби после поисков консьержа. А насчет парковки, персонал отвечал - это ваши проблемы. Ну ладно, а что же номер - свита для двоих с 2 балконами. Оба балкона не закрываются! Был дождь и ветер на секундочку. Вишенка на торте туалет! - от дождя просто с потолка лилась вода прямо через лампы которые висели на потолке! А в спа, как писалось ранее, пол басейна с утра до вечера занято секцией по плаванию, а во влажном спа моя жена получила сильный ожег из-за того что паровой кран просто оборван. Думайте сами, решайте сами….

The staff at reception were friendly during check out and the waitress on 29-05-2026 during breakfast.

Cons:

The only positive aspect of our stay was being granted a one-hour late check-out, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we found that the air conditioning was not functioning properly, the curtain was broken, and the safe deposit box was locked and unusable. We immediately reported these issues and even provided photos as evidence. Despite multiple reminders, no action was taken throughout our entire stay. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and follow-up was astonishing.

To make matters worse, we booked a couples massage at the spa. One therapist was professional and skilled, while the other appeared inexperienced and spent most of the session watching her colleague and attempting to imitate her techniques. The difference in quality was obvious, yet we paid for two professional massages.

After the treatment, I personally raised the issue with the spa receptionist. She said she would inform management, but did not ask for my name, room number, or any details that would allow the complaint to be properly investigated. When I pointed this out, she seemed embarrassed, but no one from the spa or hotel ever contacted us afterwards.

What disappointed us most was not the issues themselves, but the complete lack of accountability and concern for guest satisfaction. Problems were reported, acknowledged, and then simply ignored. Based on our experience, the service fell far below the standards we expected.

קודם כל נתחיל עם הצוות נקיון על הפנים שלושה ימים לא ניקו תחדר ואחרי שבאתי ואמרתי להם ששלושה ימים אני מחכה לנקיון היא התקשרה לאחת מהצוות נקיון אמרה שינקו חזרנו אחרי שעתיים ושוב לא ניקו שום דבר בנוסף לזה שאמרתי לה שהמקלחת עושה רעש נוראי ולא נרמאלי וגם את זה אמרו שיסדרו ולא סידרו כלום. אחרי זה הבריכה שאין סיכוי בכלל להכנס אלייה חוגים של ילדים עשרים וארבע שבע בריכה שהיא עובדת עם אנשים בלי קשר למלון ככה שאין סיכוי לשחות בה, המכון כושר נראה נחמד אבל כל המכשירים מיושנים עד שעבדתי על מכשיר כלשהו וגם המיטה וגם המכשיר עצמו נשבר במכה והייתי שנייה לפתוח את הפנים והייתי צריך לעבור 5 אנשים עד שיגידו לי סליחה (שאין לי ממש מה לעשות איתה) בשביל שמישהו יבין בכלל שהייתי שנייה מפציעה נוראית. והמלון עצמו מאוד מיושן הרבה תקלות בחדרים אומרים שיעזרו ולא עוזרים

המלון והמיקום טוב, הסאונה היבשה מצויינת.
Cons:

בארוחת הבוקר לא היה מבחר גדול, אם היה דג מלוח או דג סלומון מעושן, החוויה מארוחת הבוקר הייתה משתפרת בהרבה. בנוסף לזה, באזור הספא, הסאונה הרטובה הייתה מקולקלת לאורך כל השהיה שלנו.
