Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле.
Невероятно отзывчивый персонал. Чистота. Каждый день меняли полотенца, добавляли капсулы для кофемашины и бутылочки с водой.
Месторасположение идеальное.
Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные.
Когда мы выезжали,самолёт был рано утром, и мы не успевали на завтрак, на рецепшине нас ждали два пакета еды , чтоб взять с собой.
Огромное спасибо администраторам и персоналу отеля. Отдельное спасибо Нино.
Обязательно вернёмся только в Бест Вестерн Премьер.
酒店位置好，就在黑海边，在酒店房间就可以眺望黑海的美景。早餐品种还比较丰富。可以停车方便我们自驾旅游。
Заселились немного раньше.. местоположение не плохое. Вторая линия от моря. Персонал очень любезный. В гостинице нет казино и это большой плюс для тех кто этим не интересуется. Поменяли номер по нашей просьбе с видом на море без дополнительной оплаты. Вблизи гостинице много кафе и магазинов.
Гостиница старая. Номера уставшие. После заселения обнаружили что холодильник не работает... его сразу заменили... сейф был закрыт.. пришлось вызывать чтобы открыли.. вода в унитазе постоянно текла - починили... дверь на балкон страшно скрипела - смазали... чтобы включить телевизор надо вызывать айтишника. Держатель для лейки в душе болтался. Полка в шкафу падала. Завтраки самые простые.. кофе машина в 2 из 4 завтраков не работала. Бассейн и спа зона используется для проведения кружков плаванья и уроков танца для маленьких детей... очень шумно и не комфортно... не стоит переплачивать за бассейн...
Расположение недалеко от набережной. Номера чистые, комфортные. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Есть бассейн и спа.
Видно что уже не свежий ремонт, но это совсем не критично.
Телевизор без возможности подключения телефона, тоже мелочь.

Номер убитый - балконные двери не закрывались и персонад не мог это устранить. В одной из наших смежных комнат отсутствовал после ремонта кондиционер - было очень холодно!!! Почему то не убирали кровати ( только меняли полотенца) и не пополняли минибар - очень странный сервис!!!

トルコへの乗り継ぎのため、なるべく空港に近いホテルということで滞在しました。タクシーで空港まで、渋滞もなく、およそ20分ほどで到着します。清潔で快適なホテルでした。
Room size is fine and bathroom is not tiny, with good water preasure and spacious bath cabin.
Mattress is comfy.
Bathrobes and towels are fine.
Breakfast is an average, you can find everything, but It doesn’t look and taste very appetizing.
Staff is welcoming.
2 bottles of water are provided daily.
It’s a four-star hotel, not five.
There are some minor issues in the room such as old carpet which cannot be spotless anymore, scuffed door frame, a sagging armchair.
Cleaning is superficial.
Хороший отель. Но имейте ввиду, если вы выбираете его в том числе из-за спа и бассейна, где можно провести время в дождливую погоду, то это фактически общественный бассейн. В нем проводятся групповые занятия плаванием с детьми. Вайб и шум соответсвующий. Это не про спа и релакс.
И об этом не предупреждают...
Специально узнала на ресепшен время групповых занятий, чтобы прийти в другое время, мой ребенок хотел тишины и покоя. Пришли и оказалось, что в это время проходили индивидуальные занятия сразу нескольких инструкторов. Три (!) одновременно инструктора. Свободная дорожка одна из трех и она единственная для всех гостей отеля. Ожидания и настроение были очень испорченными.
