Polite and friendly staff

Cons:

There was a terrible musty, old smell in the rooms. We stayed as a family in three different rooms, and every single one had the same awful smell of dampness and age.

My room was old and dirty. Housekeeping was very poor. During the first three days, they only made the bed and did nothing else. On the day I arrived, there were cigarette butts on the balcony, and they were still there on the day I checked out.

There is also a construction site next to the hotel, so it was very noisy every morning.

הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת! כל יום הביאו מים לחדר, גם בלי שביקשנו וגם שהיה מים . הבריכה והסאונה היו מעולות, וארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ומגוונת. בנוסף, שדרגו אותנו לסוויטה ענקית ומרווחת ממש הפתעה נעימה. נהנינו מאוד מהשהות ובהחלט נשמח לחזור.

Das Restaurant war in Ordnung, Frühstück ok, aber für 15 Euro zu teuer.

Cons:

Der Pool war größtenteils nicht benutzbar, ständig Schwimmkurse, Pool für zehn Tage gesperrt (keine Kompensation) . Das Personal ist unterirdisch unfreundlich, grüßt nicht, lächelt nicht, kann einem kaum helfen, kein Englisch. Der TV funktioniert nicht. Zimmer werden mehrmals nur nach besonderer Nachfrage gesäubert. Neben dem hotel ist eine Baustelle. Hotel allenfalls für Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen. Die Betten waren im Doppelzimmer nicht zusammenhängend, zwischen den Betten kein Nachttisch.
