Location, great service and value for money - Highly recommended
Pros:

The location of the hotel with the lake at the front door (almost) and the large park only a few hundred metres away.A few short walks will take you to the 'tourist' Old Quarter, Train Street, Opera House etc. etc. Walking is probably faster than a Grab.
Every member of staff I met was welcoming and helpful and I felt that nothing was too much trouble. One must never forget the cleaning staff because they can make or break a hotel and the Adonis ladies were the best!
I had a couple of issues getting the TV/Streaming box to work but within minutes the reception staff were on hand.....new batteries in the remote seemed to fix it!
I was impressed with the provision of smoke hoods as part of the fire precautions :) and the WiFi passwords seem to be room defined and not hotel wide which is probably good at reducing the risk of hacking.

Cons:

WiFi was generally fast and did not buffer at all but it seemed to slow down during the early morning when, I suspect, there were a great many users on the system.
Although it would be nice to have some breakfast cereals on the menu to satisfy a Western taste, the variety of food on offer including freshly prepared eggs, toast and fresh yoghurt (made overnight by the chef) were great, so absolutely no complaints about my breakfasts.

Ładny zadbany hotel, jak na Wietnam na prawdę bardzo czysto na bieżąco sprzątane. Meble sprzęt i łazienka zadbana i niezniszczona

Cons:

. Dosyć wysokie ceny usług dodatkowych jak pranie. Ciężko się porozumieć po angielsku jeśli potrzeba czegoś więcej się dowiedzieć czy dopytać. Przy sprzątaniu zostały wyrzucone żel i szampon, polecam robić zdjęcia wszystkiego przed wyjściem z pokoju

Good place
Pros:

Stayed in the hotel several times during travelling. Pretty big and clean rooms, nice breakfast for all of my family members, not far from French and Old quarter, just in 3 blocks nice buffet. The most I like is friendly and helpful staff, many thanks to the girls on the reception for their attitude.

Fin beliggenhed og god udsigt ud over en sø

Cons:

Meget gammel. Køkken virkede ikke og var slukket på EL-gruppen.
Meget gadestøj, da utætte vindue/terrassedør. Bruser svær at betjene.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es wäre nachts ruhig gewesen, wenn nachts keine Straßenarbeiten stattgefunden hätten. Die schallisolierten Fenster konnten diesen Krach nur wenig mindern. Schade, Denn die Aussicht auf den See, die gute Lage, die Größe des Zimmers waren gut. In ein paar Wochen, vielleicht im Juni 2026, sind die Straßenbaumaßnahmen vorbei.
