Choose this hotel only if you can lower your expectations

The location is right in front of Thamrin City mall

Cons:

The towels were unclean, old and don't seem to absorb water anymore! The water in the sink do not flow well, there was no lining for the waster paper basket. The lights were dimmer than usual too.

The location is quiet yet conveniently situated just in front of Thamrin City Mall, and within walking distance to Grand Indonesia. The room is spacious, and the reception staff are friendly.

Cons:

Some amenities like a hair dryer and clothing iron are available upon request, although I didn’t receive the hair dryer. The hotel also requires a cash deposit, so it’s best to have cash on hand.
