Perfect!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and assisted in forwarding out bags. I cannot recommend this hotel more if you are planning a trip to Tokyo. The Hotel has 3 major stations close by all running different lines meaning all of tokyo is easily accessible.

The room was spacious, especially for a hotel in tokyo which allowed up to store our two 34’ suitcases and still move around the room freely.

The room and bathroom were both immaculately clean with towels replacement and room cleaning available each day.

We plan to return go this hotel for our next stay in Tokyo

Convenience, nice, clean, and quiet hotel near Tokyo area
Pros:

Location is great, locating between Shinagawa station, Takanawa Gateway station, and Sengakuji station. The hotel room is spacious and the area is very quiet.

Cons:

The lobby is a bit small and it can be full during breakfast time, so you’ll have to wait for seating.

Great Location, lovely broom super convenient for the airport
Pros:

Great Location, easy access for the airport. Super team comfortable and lovely staff. Room was great with a very interesting view.

Cons:

The breakfast space is too small, so not everyone could fit. The breakfast experience was a little bit off in comparison to the rest of this stay.

Zimmer recht klein, aber ausreichend, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück.
Metro und Regiobahn fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Très bon petit déjeuner, une belle chambre bien équipée et une salle de bain plus que confortable. Parfaite situation à mon avis pour bouger dans Tokyo. beaucoup de restaurants et de supermarchés ou konbini.

L'attitude d'une ou deux personnes du personnel. Mais pas plus dérangeant que cela.

Good hotel but small
Pros:

It was very clean. Had lots of amenities. The staff were very nice, check-in was smooth. There were free snacks and drinks in the hotel lobby for guests staying at the property. There was a microwave, dryer, washing machine and vending machine in the underground floor which was quite convenient (but small). The staff was able to meet our requests for a corner room which was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

It was very small, smaller than it looked on the photos. The bathroom was smaller than what they displayed on booking.com so it was quite disappointing. There was hardly any space to fit our luggages. It was still a walk from the train station and there weren’t many places that we could visit around the hotel. We had to travel via train to go to the more bustling areas of Tokyo.

Loved the hotel and the room view!
Pros:

Awesome hotel; had a great view on the train station and Rainbow bridge in the distance, despite some constructions in front. Loved the room; bathrom with bathtub and shower.
Had great breakfast on the last morning for a reasonable price.

Cons:

Not many things to see in the walking distance so public transportation is needed, but also a couple of metro stations are close.

Pros:

-It's my 2nd time staying with the hotel. The room still feels new, modern, and is in very good condition, despite its 7 years of operations
-Only 30-min train ride to/from Haneda Airport with Keikyu Airport Line + 10-min walk from Shinagawa and Sengakuji Stations
-The hotel offers essential facilities like microwave, coin laundry, free self-service ice machine in the basement, and a weighing scale for luggage in the lobby
-Nearest 2 supermarket stores (Mediya and Seijo Ishii or Supermarket) and a drugstore (Matsukiyo) are located in the shopping mall, just across the intersection
-As much as I want to gatekeep the hotel, it deserves praises, 10 out of 10
