A comfortable, well located hotel
Pros:

Excellent location. We chose it for its proximity to Shinagawa station. We stayed 8 days and we’d stay there again. They took our luggage early and kept it while we did the Nakasendo Walk. We appreciated the fine breakfast and laundry facilities in the basement. Near fine groceries, restaurants, shopping and many train lines.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit small, but probably standard for Tokyo.

Clean comfortable convenient location and excellent breakfast
Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and free drinks and snacks were available all day. The room was clean and comfortable just a bit cramped as expected in Tokyo.
The location is excellent for access to Shinagawa Station, especially when flying out. The Takanawa Gateway offers plenty of food options.

Cons:

The bed could have done with 2 pillows. The one soft pillow was too flat for a side sleeper so I improvised with a cushion as well.

Perfect for an overnight stay between the two airports

Great, easy hotel for flight the next day.
Pros:

We stayed here on the last night of our trip to Japan in order to be closer to Haneda for our flight. The hotel is very modern, clean, and large. Check in/out was very simple and they hold onto your luggage if you need that. The breakfast was very helpful as I wanted a simple, easy meal (~ 2600 yen). The free snack time in the evening was lovely. We walked to and from Shinagawa station (and another close by station) a few times, enjoyed the free Takanawa Gateway tower viewing platform.

Cons:

The room was very tiny, but that was fine for us. We had a room with 2 twin beds and there was barely room to get around them, but this didn't negatively affect our stay at all.

Pros:

We stayed 3 times there first 2 days after arrival, then 2 days after exploring and before domestic flight and also 6 days before departure. It was incredible every day. Here is why:

What a location! So close to three stations including Shinagawa with Shinkansens and direct airport line from two of them.

What an amazing stuff at reception desk. We thank each and every one of them for all the amazing help. We also thank the staff for granting our wishes to get peaceful room in corners. I wrote request months in advance as they have many guests and they renembered and granted our wish. Forever grateful🥰

What a room. It was just enough if you explore. Perfect bath for sore legs at night, you have a small refrigirator which we used for storing dinner and breakfast, as many amazing supermarkets around. Also conbinis.

Thank you so much for having us. We hope we return soon☺️

Bom custo beneficio
Pros:

Hotel com boas instalações e staff simpático. O quarto é pequeno caso estejam viajando com muitas malas. Localização boa , fica apenas a uns 10 minutos da estação de metrô. O quarto é bem limpo e o banheiro muito bom.

Cons:

Quarto um pouco pequeno. Fica a 10 minutos a pé da estação de metro.
