The room was nice and comfortable. We had an issue with no hot water and it was sorted very swiftly so that was great. G
Pros:

Great location easy walk to attractions

Cons:

No room or even toilet to change as we had needed a late check out. Luggage lockers were available but it was a super hot day and would have been nice to have somewhere to change before travelling.

My stay was great despite the poor service in the room and the room being below par.
Pros:

The town itself was beautiful but £150 per night for a tiny, rather grubby room is overpriced. No reception and I couldn't get in my room. After several phone calls got the key to another, I suspect much smaller, room.

Cons:

The room. No staff on the premises. Although checkout time was 12 noon the electricity was turned off at 8. Cold shower!!

Joli hébergement sans ascenseur, on a bien profité le séjour sauf que le fait de sans porte nous a dérangé un peu alors

Habitación al lado de la puerta mal.

Ubicación. Baño grande.

Habitación muy poco iluminada. Mi habitación estaba justo al lado de la entrada y cada vez que entraba o salía alguien se oía como si estuvieran en la habitación.

Checking algo complicado
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, camas cómodas y aire acondicionado. Valoración positiva.

Cons:

No me gustó la dificultad para hacer el checking, deberían dar la opción de hacerlo previamente online para no tener que perder tiempo una vez que llegas. Además tuvimos que llamar varias veces a la "recepción" porque nos faltaba el codigo para entrar a la habitación.

Not a boutique hotel experience; however it is in a convenient location
Pros:

The location of the hotel was convenient to reach mostly anything in town. There are shops, cafes, and restaurants all in the immediate vicinity.
Additionally, the price point was competitive for it's location.

Cons:

As mentioned by others in the reviews, the self check-in process did not work. There was a couple before me for which it did not work and also for me there was no card generated for the room after payment. It was eventually solved by a phone call. After check-in, I had a brief rest at which point (I think due to a check-in/room mix-up), a woman entered my room while I was sleeping with a key card for my room. This immediately made me feel uncomfortable as to how someone could access my room--it was a safety issue for me especially traveling as a solo female traveler.
I don't think the word boutique should be in the name of this hotel as there really aren't any distinguishing features of speciality/service/personalization here. There is no reception, no laundry service, no special amenities so it basic at best. It is not quiet inside the hotel as the stairs and proximity of rooms (with shutting doors) make it rather noisy.
One other rather strange incident was during the early morning hours while I was sleeping--the sky light began opening by itself--which woke me up as it was making a noise that startled me awake.
