De locatie direct aan het water, de pool met cocktailbar, de zeer ruime kamers.

Cons:

De stroomuitval in het hotel, de slechte tv ontvangst. De geboekte boottocht startte een half uur te laat.

Me he hospedado en dos ocasiones y no me gustó la humedad en los cuartos, la presión del agua del baño es muuuuuy baja tan baja que es difícil lavarse el cabello, el agua caliente nunca salió caliente y el desayuno no estuvo rico (fruta muy madura, café con sabor a plástico, hotcakes fríos)

Grundsätzlich die Lage war gut. Das Essen war gut. Kostenlose Fahrräder war gut.

Cons:

Terrasse der Suite dagegen nicht nutzbar: aktives Bienennest sowie deutliche Tierhinterlassenschaften in den Blumenkästen (wahrscheinlich Waschbär). Beides fällt auf, wenn man die Terrasse überhaupt einmal begeht – wurde offenbar weder bemerkt noch entfernt. Für eine Suite mit privater Terrasse ist das ein echter Ausfall.
Check-in: Vor Ort wurde uns eröffnet, dass ausschließlich Barzahlung möglich sei – eine Information, die vorab hilfreich gewesen wäre. Der Geldautomat im Ort war außer Betrieb, also mussten wir mit den Kindern eine Stunde zum nächsten Ort fahren, Bargeld holen, eine Stunde zurück. Meine Bitte, die Kinder nach der langen Anreise wenigstens schon aufs Zimmer zu lassen, wurde abgelehnt – erst Zahlung, dann Zimmer. Am Ende gab es dafür eine Flasche Rotwein als Entschuldigung. Die zwei zusätzlichen Autostunden für die Kinder wären mir lieber erspart geblieben.
Der Kernpunkt – Fundsachen: Drei Hemden im Schrank der Suite 105 vergessen. Noch am Check-out-Tag per Mail und WhatsApp informiert, mit exakter Position im Zimmer, bevor überhaupt gesucht wurde. Antwort am Folgetag: „nichts gefunden”. Seither werden meine WhatsApp-Nachrichten gelesen, aber nicht mehr beantwortet.
Kein zweites Suchen, kein Housekeeping-Nachweis, kein Fundsachen-Prozess, keine Kommunikation. Vergessene Kleidung ist nicht das Ende der Welt – aber wie das Haus damit umgeht, sagt alles. Wer hier etwas liegen lässt, wird es nicht wiedersehen und keine ehrliche Erklärung bekommen.

Die Lage direkt am Wasser und am Hafen ist toll. Man bekommt das pure Fischerleben mit. Von außen ist es in die Jahre gekommen, von innen gut. Es gibt kostenlose Räder, aber die sind nicht in Schuss!

Bueno pero tiene muchos putnos por mejorar.

La piscina muy bien. La ubicación muy bien. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

La habitación describía vista al mar, y en realidad era vista "parcial" al mar, la mayor parte daba a un parque de juegos infantiles, lo que lo hacía ruidoso. El mantenimiento del hotel deja bastante que desear. El servicio en el restaurante muy lento. El desyuno incluído muy limitado, ni siquiera jugo de naranja ofrecen.

Pudimos reservar el tour de río lagartos con el propio hotel, saliendo del embarcadero del propio hotel

La ducha, salía muy poca agua, y para aclarar el pelo era complicado.
Que no estuviera refrescada la habitación con el aire acondicionado.
La piscina estaba con poco mantenimiento, tenía muchas hojas del jardín, y las sillas de madera bastante estropeadas.
