Bellissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Albergo posto di fronte all'Acquario di Genova e nelle vicinanzne della metropolitana San Giorgio, per cui molto comodo da raggiungere. Per visitare i principali punti di interesse della città ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi. Molto curata la pulizia ed estremamente gentile lo staff, che ci ha fornito delle valide indicazioni per il nostro soggiorno.

Cons:

Se rompió la cisterna del baño de la habitación, quitaron el ruido pero no lo arreglaron y teníamos q usar el baño de la parte de arriba de la habitación.

Meget sentralt beliggende hotell med store rom, god frokost og hyggelige/hjelpsom betjening

Veldig god beliggenhet, God frokost og veldig hyggelig betjening.
Rommene var store og romslige med kaffemaskin og gode senger.
Badet romslig og med føner.

Cons:

Hvis jeg skulle ønske noe var det balkong eller terrase. Men ellers ingenting.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt schräg gegenüber vom Aquarium und direkt in der Altstadt – die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend.

Zum Ausladen konnten wir direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Anschließend ist ein Hotelmitarbeiter mit uns zum Parkhaus gefahren. Für 24 Stunden Parken haben wir 25 € bezahlt und durften das Auto auch am nächsten Tag noch dort stehen lassen.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Unser Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof war geräumig und angenehm ruhig. Auch das Badezimmer war groß. Eine Klimaanlage war ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer stand eine Nespresso-Maschine zur Verfügung. Schade war allerdings, dass keine Kaffeekapseln bereitlagen.

Buona potenzialità, scarsa manutenzione
Pros:

Camera ampia con soffitti molto alti. Buona insonorizzazione verso l'esterno.

Cons:

Macchie alle pareti, la porta del bagno che non si chiudeva completamente e soprattutto il condizionatore che perde acqua. Lo staff ha provveduto a mettere un contenitore di plastica per raccoglierla, ce ne siamo accorti quando ha straripato sul pavimento della stanza e ha bagnato le nostre valige e i nostri effetti personali. Per non parlare del fastidioso rumore di acqua gocciolante durante la notte.
