Staden och området var obekvämt.
Pros:

Själva staden är ganska smutsig och mörk, men det här hotellet var som en räddande pärla när vi kom hit i går kväll. Allt var mycket rent, personalen var otroligt hjälpsam och gav bra information. Sängen var mycket bekväm och rummet var stilrent, rent och fullt utrustat.

Cons:

Boendet är fantastiskt.Jag hittar inget att klaga på.

Limpio, espacioso y cuidado
Pros:

La habitación es súper amplia , cómoda y espaciosa.
El personal de 10, fueron muy amables, nos asesoraron sobre q lugares visitar y donde comer o tomar algo, sin siquiera pedirlo , se agradece la predisposición.
E íbamos con perro y no hubo ningún problema con ello, al contrario , fueron muy amables.

Cons:

La única pega q pondría es que es muy difícil para en frente del hotel para poder hacer el check in.
Por otro lado como punto bueno tienen un parking vigilado a precio cerrado 25€ que está cerca del hotel .

Excelente hotel muy cómodo, solamente el desayuno era muy caro que tuvimos que salir a fuera.

Excellent hôtel très bien situé dans le Vieux Port, pour partir à la découverte des principaux points d’intérêt de Gênes. Grande chambre confortable, excellents petit déjeuner et très facile d’accès pour le stationnement en face. Personnel très gentil, courtois et serviable. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Cons:

Ce n’est pas le faute de l’hôtel mais lors de notre séjour, la connexion internet a été très mauvaise malheureusement.

Pulizia della stanza. Qualità del letto

Cons:

Le porte che sbattono in quanto non si può abbassare la maniglia.
La posizione con entrata fra due vetrine di mac donalds
La colazione del mattina solo con abbondanti dolci, nessuna cosa salata. Uova solo a richiesta. Nessuna scelta di succhi e spremute, nè latti vegetali.
