Штори та підлога в кімнаті були брудними , а також скло у ліфті потребує чистки… І ще би хотілось щоб на фасаді була вивіска з назвою готелю .

Прекрасное обслуживание утром на завтраке.Чистота, приветливость Экатерины, всегда спросит, поинтересуйся, посоветует. Выбор на завтраке небольшой , но все свежее, горячее и вкусное. Лично ей ставлю 10.

Самый большой плюс, это локация этой гостиницы.

Cons:

Гостиница нуждается в ремонте, поменять мебель, матрасы, сантехнику.
За 10 дней пребывания в гостиницы, белье ни разу не поменяли
Полотянца старые, один раз поменяли, так они не впитывали воду и были вообще протертые почти до дыр. Иногда забывали ставить бутылку воды. Уезжали на два дня в Рачи, приехали дверь в номер была открыта.
Но хочу добавить, что персонал при всех этих недостатках, вежливый и отзывчивый.
