Pros:

Am avut o experiență excelentă la Elexus Poiana Brașov. Camera a fost foarte curată și confortabilă, personalul amabil și atent, iar serviciile oferite au fost la un nivel ridicat. Atmosfera este plăcută și relaxantă, iar locația este ideală pentru o escapadă la munte. Totul a fost peste așteptări și cu siguranță voi reveni. Recomand cu drag!

Totul la superlativ
Pros:

O experiență de 5 stele! Camerele sunt extrem de curate, spațioase și mobilate modern. Priveliștea de la balcon este superbă, micul dejun a fost variat și foarte gustos! Centrul spa arată impecabil, zonele cu saună și piscinele sunt foarte curate iar temperatura apei a fost perfectă! Atmosfera este intimă și relaxantă, perfectă pentru momente de neuitat! Piscina Infinity este piesa de rezistență a acestui spa! Să înoți în apă caldă în timp ce admiri munții acoperiți de pădure este o experiență unică! Recomand cu drag pentru o escapadă relaxantă!

Hotel mit Standards in DE und AT nicht vergleichbar

Cons:

4 Sterne maximal für lokale Ansprüche. Für Deutschland oder Österreich maximal 2-3 Sterne. Das Restaurant masslos überteuert für das dass die meisten Speisen aufgetaut werden und bei den Weinen ist jeder 2. Weine auf der Karte nicht verfügbar. Eistee mit 0,33L angepriesen und serviert mit 0,25 zum selben Preis! Im Spa Bereich überall laute Musik( wie auch im Restaurant ) , leere Gläser werden stundenlang nicht abserviert, Saunaregeln sind nur in Landessprache angeschrieben und darum nicht nachvollziehbar ob mit Textilien und ohne Handtuch darin enthalten ist und Duschen vorher und nachher scheint auch überbewertet zu sein. Beim Checkout muss man warten bis zuerst jemand das Zimmer inspiziert hat, was schon mal 30 Minuten dauern kann bis jemand kommt um dann nur in die Minibar zu schauen ob noch was fehlt. Für einen Tag Durchreise vielleicht ok aber dort mehrere Tage einen Urlaub zu verbringen dann leider nie wieder und nicht zu empfehlen ☹️☹️

Overall, we had a very good stay at this hotel during the summer season. The location is great, surrounded by beautiful

The hotel has many strong points. The restaurant is beautiful, with a large selection of dishes, reasonable prices, and very good service. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the spa area was also very enjoyable. We especially liked the breakfasts — they were tasty, atmospheric, and there was even live music, which created a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

However, there are a few things that could be improved. The cold pool had a very strong smell of chlorine, and the outdoor hot pool unfortunately did not seem perfectly clean — there was sand at the bottom. Also, the hotel does not provide complimentary water in the rooms, which was a bit surprising.

The room itself was comfortable overall, but there were some small cleanliness issues. For example, the balcony was not very well cleaned, and there were a few details in the room that also did not seem properly cleaned.

Another thing that felt somewhat outdated was the deposit system: guests are asked to leave a 150 RON deposit for the room during their stay, and it is returned only after the room is checked at checkout.

Still, despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay overall. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer an even better experience.
