Beautiful building and great staff
Pros:

Beautiful building inside and out. Great room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Beautiful garden and a lovely balcony. Coffee, tea and water was to our use. Great service from the staff. Close to the harbour, the bus to the airport and of course the city of Heraklion. Stayed only one night, but loved it.

Schlaflos in Heraklion
Pros:

Schöner Schein. Das Haus ist hübsch, der Garten davor auch. Holztreppen und Holzdecken stimmen erwartungsvoll. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Der Lärm der Straße stört schon tagsüber. Nachts raubt er den Schlaf. Das Haus bildet mit den Wänden gegenüber einen Resonanzraum, gegen den auch die besten Ohrstöpsel nicht helfen.
Wer frühstücken will, bekommt einen Zettel mit einer Empfehlung und einem Rabatt für ein klebriges Café um die Ecke, das nachts eine Bar ist. Getränke und Speisen kosten ein paar Schritte weiter weniger als die Hälfte. Der Rabatt lohnt also auch nicht.

Brilliant in every way
Pros:

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. The owners went out of their way to accommodate our request for an early check-in and leaving our luggage. We were just sad that we weren't there for longer to make more use of the beautiful courtyard and balcony. It's a real experience.

Soggiorno ideale per chi ama relax, spazio e cortesia

Location eccellente, un patio rilassante dove potersi sedere e leggere un libro. Personale attento e gentilissimo, ci ha anche offerto caffè ed acqua vedendoci rilassati in giardino. Ci ha anche dato ottimi suggerimenti per quanto riguarda i wine tasting. Connessione Wi fi eccellente velocissima anche per streaming e lavoro da remoto. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati. Camera spaziosa, luminosa, fresca. Bagno senza finestra ma con un ottimo sistema di aspirazione.

Cons:

Non è chiarissimo come aprire il portoncino esterno se non si conosce la procedura, forse sarebbe utile ricevere una foto per far capire alla gente come devono aprirlo.
