Great little hotel. The location honestly couldn’t be better - St. Joseph's Cathedral is literally a one-minute walk away, there’s a minimart right on the corner if you need anything quickly, and the surrounding streets are full of great cafes and small artisan shops.
For the price, the room actually exceeded expectations. It was a decent size, not cramped at all, with a spacious bathroom. Yes, the window looked straight onto the wall of the neighbouring building, but considering the street noise starts pretty early here, that actually turned out to be a bit of a plus.
Another highlight was breakfast on the top floor with panoramic windows - the views were great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip. The staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely view and all the necessary amenities. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, attractions, and public transport. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. What stood out most was the vibrant atmosphere and excellent hospitality that made me feel truly welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful and always smiling 😃 and warm welcoming 🙏. The services are limited yet but they are expanding. Would definitely recommend for all.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from L’Heritage Hotel Hanoi, especially from the manager Mr. Cuong, Ms. Sabi at the front desk, and Mr. Vu.

I originally made a reservation through L Signature, and their company arranged a trip for me to Sapa. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I had to cancel and leave after only one day. My reservation at L’Heritage Hotel was supposed to start at 2:00 PM on May 10, and I had already prepaid approximately $82 for two nights.

Because of the situation in Sapa, I arrived at L’Heritage earlier than expected and explained my circumstances to Ms. Sabi and Mr. Vu at the front desk. They listened carefully, contacted the hotel manager Mr. Cuong, and handled the matter with exceptional professionalism and compassion.

Mr. Cuong understood my situation and kindly approved the cancellation without any penalty, which saved me from losing money due to circumstances beyond my control. In addition, the hotel staff helped me arrange a one-night stay for May 9–10 and even upgraded my room for only $54.

This level of customer care is rare. The staff demonstrated empathy, professionalism, flexibility, and genuine concern for the guest experience. I truly appreciate the way they handled everything and believe they deserve recognition for their excellent service.

Please extend my gratitude and recognition to the management and staff of L’Heritage Hotel Hanoi for going above and beyond to help a customer during a difficult situation.

We four were extremely fortunate to have Ms. Sabi oversee all of our hotel, transportation, and tour arrangements during our one week stay in Hanoi. Thanks to Ms. Sabi's exceptional competence, caring attention to detail and follow through, our hotel stays and the tours of the Hanoi City, Sapa, Ninh Binh, and the Halong Bay Cruise were impeccable. And, thanks to Mr. James for the excellent restaurant recommendation for our last night dinner as well as to the entire hotel staff for the exceptionally friendly, attentive, accommodating, and caring service throughout our stay. Also, we'd like to give an enthusiastic thumbs up to the hotel Spa's excellent services!

We stayed for three nights. The terrace suite was a very lovely room! The breakfast varied every day, and the pho that could be ordered was very delicious. We also used the bar, which was a nice place to relax since the atmosphere was so good. The spa also had a wonderful ambiance, and more than anything, it was blissful to go straight back to the room and directly to bed. Above all, the staff were very kind, and it was a delight that they remembered what we had talked about the day before as well as our room number and would engage us in conversation. When we left, they waved goodbye as they saw us off in the taxi, which really warmed my heart. If I go to Hanoi again, I will definitely want to stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.

Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel, located in the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter, is an accommodation that stands out for its excellent service and convenience. We were welcomed with drinks and fruits, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff also provided helpful guides on food and tourist attractions, and even took the time to understand our plans and offer recommendations. The room was spacious and faced the city, yet was located away from the noisier streets. The beds, linens, and towels were clean, and both the bed and pillows were comfortable. Two bottles of water were provided daily, and additional water could be refilled at the dispenser in the lobby. Housekeeping was carried out daily, including towel changes. The hotel’s location is very convenient, Many popular tourist attractions are also within walking distance like Hoàn Kiếm Lake and St. Joseph Cathedral. Breakfast is served daily from 6.30 am to 10.00 am, offering an international spread with some Vietnamese options, including bread, eggs, cereal, salad, coffee, and tea. Check out was smooth and efficient. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and consistently ensured that our stay was comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the hotel is a strong choice for anyone visiting Hanoi.

It was central, close to city tour bus stop and restaurants. Short walk to the cathedral. Convenience store and coffee shops nearby. We liked the pillows and sheets! Sabi was very helpful as well as the rest of the reception staff including Kevin. They were kind enough to pack breakfast for us since we had early tours on both days we stayed at the place.
