This hotel is so beautiful and with an authentic style, but has all the comforts and luxury that you need during your stay in Hanoi. Duong is an amazing, energetic and friendly guest services host. She will make you feel right at home. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer than one night!

The hotel is well located. A lot of good food nearby and a night market about 5 mins walk that opens on the weekend. Room was spacious and modern. Happy stay will come again.
Located close to Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms were very quiet despite the street being very busy. Rooms were clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was clean and had good water pressure. Hotel provides bottled water in the room. Breakfast buffet was fresh on top floor . I enjoyed the rice paper rolls and pho. Staff would cook eggs to order. Fruit was really good as was the coffee and tea.
A hotel in the center of old town, close to everything on foot, despite its privileged location, the silence in the rooms is absolute, allowing you to rest wonderfully, the room very comfortable, the comfortable bed, the fantastic bathroom, the spacious and varied breakfast, the staff of 10, attentive, friendly, always with a smile and willing to help, a fantastic hotel to spend a few days in Hanoi, I totally recommend it

Had a such a great stay I added a night. James was extremely helpful and attentive. He made great recommendations. Pon was really helpful in figuring out an issue with pickup for a tour I booked. Room was beautiful and clean. Great experience.
I was anxious about everything on my first trip abroad, and there were many things I didn't know, but thanks to everyone at the hotel, I was able to spend my time comfortably and happily. I really appreciate you responding sincerely even when communication isn't going well. It was very reassuring that I could consult via LINE even outside of the front desk. Not only were the people who assisted us wonderful, but all the hotel staff were kind and attentive, and everyone was lovely. In addition, the room was very clean and quiet, and it was an environment where I could feel safe like at home. I would like to use it again when I visit Hanoi.
This hotel, located in Hoan Kiem Lake, was satisfactory in terms of accessibility, facilities, and cleanliness. However, what impressed me most was the attentiveness and kindness by the manager, Pon , from the moment I checked in until I checked out. All the other staff members also welcomed us kindly, and we had a wonderful time on the restaurant . If the opportunity arises, I would definitely stay here again.
By far the best place I stayed in Vietnam. The staff were super attentive and helped with any questions or concerns we had. We got upgraded the last day to the Duplex room, and we never wanted to leave the place , Ms Phuong from the reception made our stay very comfortable.

A major highlight was their fantastic on-site spa. The massages were incredible and the perfect way to unwind after a busy day of exploring.
Lheritage Diamond is also conveniently located, making getting around Hanoi incredibly easy, with great spots just a short walk or drive away.
