Pros:

Beautiful terrace, very friendly staff. Well connected to Florence and specially well equipped to deal with the Italian summer. Free breakfast was an absolute delight!

Cons:

There was no elevator, the facilities have not been renovated (though everything works fine!) and the rooms were a tad bit small.
