Foi cobrado valor de estacionamento que não avia sido anunciado as luzes do quarto não funcionavam me trocaram de quarto e as luzes do outro também não ligavam o ar condicionado não funcionou não votarei mais nesse local

Não havia toalhas para 3 pessoas. Sendo que a reserva era 2 + Criança
Roupa de cama da cama de solteiro estava suja.
Ao juntar as camas, observei que embaixo da cama havia muita sujeira, inclusive bolo de cabelo.
Não tinha onde colocar as roupas, o cabideiro disponivel as roupas encostavam no chão.
Havia apenas 2 mantas estremamente finas,para o frio de 5°, e o ar condicionado não aquecia.
A Cama de casal, é a união de 2 de solteiro, ficando desconfortavel o meio da cama...
Tive uma boa experiencia quando vim da primeira vez, está não me agradou muito.
Observei que o hotel está ou teve reforna recente..
