Lovely staff but extremely noisy hotel
Pros:

The staff here were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The noise is a major issue in this hotel. I was often woken up throughout the night be people bringing their suitcases into the lobby or meeting their tour guides in the lobby. The shower in our room also took at least ten minutes to heat up

Pros:

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, very clean, the electric kattle with coca mate was very important!
I enjoyed the closeness to San Blas squer one of the nicest sítes in Cusco.

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

No sound proof at all. In the evening you hear dogs bark from the yard in front of the building, and sounds from hotel guests on ALL floors because the hotel building has a patio. Also you hear someone’s alarm clock beeping, or water flowing through the pipes.

Pros:

Mooi hotel aan een rustig parkje op wandelafstand van de Plaza de Armas. Ontbijtruimte op de 6e verdieping met zicht over de stad. Lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt. Plaats voor onze huurwagen in de ondergrondse garage. Zeer rustig 's nachts. We verbleven er 2 maal tijdens onze reis in Peru.

Pros:

Hotel novo, quarto confortável, com chaleira elétrica e vários chás no próprio quarto. Banheiro de tamanho bom.
O centro de cusco está a 10 minutos d ecaminhada, fomos com uma criança de 7 anos e não tivemos problemas para ir a pé

Sehr gutes Stadthotel in ruhiger Lage auf dem Berg
Pros:

Neues, modernes Hotel, dass Zimmer im Stil einer Ferienwohnung mit Küchenausstattung bietet. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Das Auto konnten wir in der hoteleigenen Garage sicher abstellen.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank wäre noch perfekt gewesen, war aber bei einer Nacht zu verschmerzen.

Het hotel heeft een goede ligging, het personeel is erg vriendelijk en het heeft een goede service voor het wassen van kleren.

Cons:

De douche was regelmatig lauw in plaats van warm. De föhn werkte ook niet erg goed.
