Direkt an der Autobahn gelegen aber die Stadt war trotzdem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Küche hatte für die Größe eines gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Bei Zimmernummer 1 und 2 muss man beachten, dass man permanent die Eingangstür zufallen hört. Dass ist sehr laut. Auch an sich, sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig.

Das Appartement hatte eine gute Aufteilung, war praktisch eingerichtet und ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Cons:

Das Einchecken war etwas holprig, da bei unserer Ankunft entweder das Wlan nicht funktiuonierte oder es eine techniusche Störung gab. Außer uns ging es noch 3 weitern Gästen so, die nicht in ihre Zimmer kamen. Nach einem Telefonat, das vom Service abgebrochen wurde, haben wir es dann doch noch geschafft, die Zimmertür zu öffnen, indem wir einen anderen Browswr benutzt haben. Das hat insgesamt ca. eine Stunde gedauert.

Cons:

Der Zugang zum Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Das System war nicht in der Lage, die Tür öffnen zu lassen. Somit funktioniert der gesamte Checkin Prozess ohne Personal leider überhaupt nicht! Wir saßen 1 Stunde vor der Tür und haben mit der Hotline telefoniert. Die wiederum andere Hotlines oder Kollegen versuchte hinzuzuziehen. Es konnte jedoch keine zeitnahe Lösung angeboten werden. Leider haben wir sehr viel Zeit verloren und mussten uns ein anderes Hotel suchen. Das Hotel ist nicht bereit, eine Stornierung zu akzeptieren oder Geld zurück zu erstatten. Somit: Finger weg!

Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht in Ordnung. Das Besteck war nicht komplett. Beim Backofen, der eine Mikrowelle war,
fehlten Teile und er ließ sich erst mit Hilfe eine Anleitung aus dem Internet bedienen.
Die Zimmertemperatur regelte sich immer wieder selbständig hoch
