What to expect
Once your transfer is booked, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email. Please make sure you have provided us your flight number and airplane company.
2. Arrival at Cusco Airport (CUZ)
Upon landing, proceed to the arrival hall where a friendly representative will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name. We actively monitor flight arrival times to ensure a smooth pickup—even if your flight is delayed.
3. Luggage Assistance & Welcome
Our team will help with your luggage and offer a warm welcome, perfect for first-time visitors adjusting to the altitude or arriving with family.
4. Private Transfer to Your Hotel
Relax in a clean, comfortable, and private vehicle as we drive you directly to your hotel in Cusco city center or the Sacred Valley (depending on your selection).
5. Drop-Off at Your Hotel
We’ll take you right to the entrance of your hotel or Airbnb. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and make sure you’re comfortably checked in or properly greeted by hotel staff.
