Uljara Torkul (operated by the company Fanito d.o.o.) is located in Vela Luka on the island of Korčula. It is famous for producing the first olive oil with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) in Croatia. This award-winning, family-run mill combines traditional hand-picking with modern, cold centrifugal extraction without adding water, preserving premium nutritional and sensory qualities.
