The moment a reservation is confirmed, our operations team secures the vehicle and logs the provided flight details. We utilize real-time flight tracking software to monitor the exact arrival time, ensuring the vehicle is dispatched perfectly on schedule, even if the flight lands early or is delayed.
Step 2: Pre-Arrival Connection
Prior to landing, the traveler receives a welcoming message via WhatsApp (if a valid number is provided). This provides direct, immediate contact with our dispatch team and the assigned representative, eliminating any arrival anxiety before they even step off the plane.
Step 3: VIP Meet & Greet
Upon landing and passing through customs and baggage claim, the traveler is greeted immediately inside the arrivals terminal. Our professional, English-speaking representative will be holding a customized nameboard for easy identification. The representative takes over luggage handling and escorts the traveler directly to the waiting vehicle.
