    Quitandinha Palace Congress and Convention Center

    The Quitandinha Palace or Hotel is a Brazilian palace, located in Petrópolis, state of Rio de Janeiro. It is the largest palace in Brazil and one of the largest in Latin America, with 50,000 m² of built area and six floors, divided into 440 apartments and 13 large rooms up to 10 meters high. The dome of the Mauá hall became the second largest in the world, 30 m high and 50 m in diameter.

    Crystal Palace

    The pre-assembled structure was commissioned by the Count d'Eu, which was built in the workshops of the Saint-Souver Lês Arras Corporation in France. The structure is inspired by the Crystal Palace in London and the Crystal Palace in Porto. The intention of the count was to introduce Princess Isabel to be able to grow her vegetables.

    Cervejaria Bohemia

    It was founded in 1853 in the city of Petrópolis, state of Rio de Janeiro, by the German settler Henrique Kremer, at that time an artist by the name of Bohemia brewery. When he died in 1865, the company stayed with his heirs, who renamed him Augusto Kremer & Cia. Shortly after a decade with the separation of the partners, the company was in charge of Frederico Guilherme Lindscheid.
