4The Whale Temple Vung Tau
Built from the late 19th century, also known as Ong Nam Hai Temple, it faced many times of renovation for its current appearance. It boasts ancient architecture and simple exterior features. Inside are three altars of elaborately carved the four holy beasts included the Vietnamese dragon (Long), the Qilin (Lân), the Turtle (Quy) and the Phoenix (Phụng).

On the way from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau City are hundreds of motorbikes as well as cars and thousands of people going on their weekend outing trip to stay away from the stressful, polluted and poisonous air of the busy city and find a relaxing moment along the beach.
