The Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek is a perfect short trek for travelers who want to experience the beauty of the Himalayas in a limited time. The trail passes through traditional Gurung villages along the Modi River and continues to Tikhedhunga, Ulleri, and Ghorepani through beautiful rhododendron and oak forests. An early morning hike to Poon Hill (3,210 m) offers spectacular views of the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Tukuche, Varaha Shikhar, and Lamjung Himal. The trek then continues to Tadapani and Ghandruk, with amazing mountain scenery along the way. Travelers can enjoy local culture, warm Nepalese hospitality, and unforgettable Himalayan views throughout the journey.

Bus will start early morning at 7 am and by 3 pm you will arrive to Pokhara and over night at Hotel
Your trek begins in Pokhara after breakfast. We will drive for about two hours to Nayapul, the starting point of the trek. From there, we hike for around five hours to reach Ulleri. After arriving, we stay overnight at a comfortable tea house lodge.
After breakfast around 7:00 am, we begin our trek toward Ghorepani village. The trail gradually climbs through dense rhododendron forests with beautiful mountain scenery along the way. During the hike, there is a chance to see different birds, wildlife, and colorful flowers.
Early in the morning, we hike up the steep trail to Poon Hill (3,210 m) to watch the beautiful sunrise over the Himalayas. Poon Hill is one of the most popular viewpoints in the Annapurna region. From the top, we can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Dhaulagiri (8,163 m), Annapurna I (8,091 m), Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Mardi Himal, Tukuche Peak, and many other peaks. The viewpoint offers an unforgettable close view of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges.
Today we enjoy the beautiful morning sunrise and mountain views from Ghandruk Village. After breakfast, we take a short walk around the village, where you can try traditional Gurung dress, take photos, and visit small shops to buy souvenirs. Later in the day, we begin our journey back to Pokhara by local transport or jeep
