What to expect
Phase 1: Darjeeling Highlights
Day 1: Arrival (NJP/Bagdogra) → Drive to Darjeeling → Evening at Chowrasta Mall.
Day 2: 4 AM Tiger Hill sunrise → Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastery → Zoo & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute.
Day 3: Toy Train Joy Ride → Japanese Temple → Café hopping (Glenary’s/Keventers).
Phase 2: Singalila Ridge Trek
Day 4: Drive to Maneybhanjyang → Trek to Tonglu/Tumling (Forest trails).
Day 5: Trek to Sandakphu (3,636m) via Kalipokhari → Views of Everest & Kanchenjunga.
Day 6: Scenic 21km ridge walk to Phalut (Border trail).
Day 7: Steep descent through bamboo/pine forests to Gorkhey village.
Day 8: Trek to Srikhola & Rimbik → Drive back to Darjeeling.
Phase 3: Offbeat Hills & Relaxation
Day 9: Drive to Lepchajagat → Nature walks in pine forests.
Day 10: Visit Lamahatta Park → Drive to Sittong (Orange orchards).
Day 11: Explore Sittong: Jogighat Bridge, waterfalls, and village homestays.
Day 12: Drive to Tabakoshi → Riverside relaxation by the Rangbhang River.
Day 13: Visit Mirik (Sumendu Lake) → Evening at Kurseong (Eagle’s Crag).
Day 14: Tea garden visit (Makaibari) → Drop to NJP/Bagdogra.
