Important Update: Vietnam Entry Requirement – Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City)
Starting from 15 April 2026, all foreign travelers and overseas Vietnamese entering Vietnam via Tan Son Nhat Airport are required to complete an online pre-arrival declaration. This new process is designed to speed up immigration procedures and improve your arrival experience.
Who must complete this:
• Foreign passport holders
• Overseas Vietnamese traveling with a visa
Who is exempt:
• Vietnamese passport holders
• Transit passengers
Alternatively, you may scan the QR code available at the airport upon arrival. However, we strongly recommend completing it in advance to avoid delays.
Important note:
The declaration can only be submitted within 3 days before your arrival. Forms submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry, please complete your declaration 1–2 days before departure.
What to expect
Upon your arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, our professional driver will be waiting at the arrival hall exit holding a welcome sign with your name for easy identification.
Domestic Terminal: After collecting your luggage, proceed directly to the arrival hall exit.
International Terminal: After completing immigration, baggage claim, and customs procedures, proceed to the arrival hall exit where your driver will be waiting.
We monitor all flights in real time, so there is no need to worry if your flight is delayed. Your pickup will be adjusted accordingly. The journey to Ho Chi Minh City center typically takes 30–40 minutes (approximately 6–9 km), depending on traffic conditions.
If you are unable to locate your driver, please contact us immediately using the phone number or WhatsApp contact provided in your booking confirmation. Free airport Wi-Fi is available if needed, and our team will assist you promptly.
To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please provide your flight number and a valid contact number when booking. We may contact you via WhatsApp if necessary.
