We will pick you up from any hotel or accommodation in Luxor, on the East or West Bank, for a smooth start to your experience.

Your driver or representative will meet you at your hotel lobby or accommodation entrance, holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.

Guests staying on the East Bank will cross the Nile by boat to the West Bank, where the vehicle will be waiting. Guests staying on the West Bank will be driven directly to the hot air balloon launch site.

The hot air balloon flight is shared with a small group. After the balloon flight, your tour continues according to the option selected at booking:

Self-Guided Tour: Your professional driver will meet you after the balloon flight and begin your private West Bank tour. No guide or entrance tickets are included.

Guided Tour: After the balloon flight, you will meet your licensed local guide, who will accompany you throughout the West Bank tour. Entrance tickets are not included.

All-Inclusive Tour: After the balloon flight, you will meet your licensed local guide, who will accompany you throughout the tour. Entrance tickets to the included sites are provided.
