Pickup is available from any hotel, resort, private residence, marina, or Hurghada International Airport, including Hurghada, El Gouna, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, Safaga, and Soma Bay. Please provide your exact pickup location and hotel name when booking.

Your pickup procedure depends on the shared group option selected:

Shared with Small Group – Sedan / Mini Van: Our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or requested pickup location and transfer you directly to your destination in Luxor.

Shared with Medium Group – Mini Van / Van: Our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or requested pickup location and transfer you directly to Luxor.

Shared with Large Group – Van / Bus: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel or requested pickup location and take you to the designated bus station. You will receive your bus tickets and board the bus to Luxor. Upon arrival in Luxor, our local driver will meet you and transfer you directly to your hotel or requested drop-off location.

For a smooth pickup, please provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Your driver will assist you throughout the transfer.
