Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from any hotel, Nile cruise, private residence, or selected location in Luxor, including the East Bank and West Bank. Please provide your exact pickup location and hotel or cruise name when booking.
Your pickup and transfer procedure depends on the shared group option selected:
Shared with Small Group – Sedan / Mini Van: Our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel, Nile cruise, or requested pickup location and transfer you directly to your destination in Hurghada.
Shared with Medium Group – Mini Van / Van: Our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel, Nile cruise, or requested pickup location and transfer you directly to Hurghada.
Shared with Large Group – Van / Bus: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel, Nile cruise, or requested pickup location and take you to the designated bus station. You will receive your bus ticket and board the bus to Hurghada. Upon arrival in Hurghada, our local driver will meet you and transfer you directly to your hotel or requested drop-off location.
For a smooth departure, please provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Your driver will assist you throughout the transfer.

What to expect
After booking, provide your hotel, Nile cruise, or requested pickup location in Luxor, along with the number of passengers and your travel date.
Pickup
Your driver will meet you at the scheduled time at your requested pickup location. Please be ready 15 minutes before pickup.
Small Group – Up to 3 Passengers
Enjoy a direct shared transfer from your pickup location in Luxor to your requested destination in Hurghada or the surrounding resort areas.
Medium Group – Up to 9 Passengers
Your driver will pick you up directly from your requested location and provide a shared transfer to your destination.
Large Group – Up to 50 Passengers
Our driver will pick you up from your requested location and take you to the designated bus station. You will receive your bus ticket and board the bus to Hurghada. Upon arrival, our local driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel or requested drop-off location.
Arrival
Drop-off is available at hotels and selected locations in Hurghada, including Hurghada, El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, Safaga, and Soma Bay.
Travel time is approximately 4–5 hours and may vary depending on traffic, road conditions, and the final drop-off location.
