Join this fun, small-group, family-friendly cooking class and discover how to make two iconic Italian creations: fresh pasta and tiramisu. You’ll be a master by the end of it, and full to the brim. An ideal day in Rome if you ask us.
To begin, learn how to make tiramisu step by step with the help of your local expert chef, using fresh local ingredients.
Next, roll up your sleeves and learn how to make pasta from scratch. Shape, roll, knead and cut your dough into fresh fettuccine, then prepare your choice of authentic carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce.
While you cook, enjoy traditional Italian drinks and learn about the history and secrets of Italian cuisine. At the end, sit down with your new friends and chef to enjoy your homemade pasta and tiramisu, paired with 2 glasses of prosecco, 2 glasses of wine and a shot of limoncello (18+), or non-alcoholic drinks.
Take your recipes home in a handy e-book and bring a taste of Rome to your own kitchen.
