What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your driver will monitor your flight and meet you at pre booked transfer desk. It’s located in front of the Vodafone One NZ Shop inside the terminal. Driver will have a digital sign with lead travellers name
What to expect
The airport wait time is 90 minutes from your flight's landing time. If you are delayed while completing arrival procedures, please inform your driver by sending a message to the driver's mobile number. The driver will extend the wait time until you are ready for pickup.
You will be personally met inside the terminal at the pre-booked transfer meeting point, where your driver will be holding a name board for easy identification. From there, your driver will escort you to your private premium vehicle at Auckland Airport's Transport Hub and assist with luggage handling.
If you have oversized or additional luggage, please provide this information at the time of booking so an appropriate vehicle can be arranged to accommodate your needs.
