Meeting and pickup
For Standard and VIP tickets: Please make your own way to CMU Convention Hall. Shuttle boarding operates on a first-come, first-served basis between approximately 01:30 PM and 03:00 PM, with the final departure around 03:00 PM. Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and boarding. Guests who arrive late or after the final shuttle departure may be marked as a no-show. After the event, the return shuttle will drop guests back at CMU Convention Hall.
For Premium and Elite tickets: Round-trip hotel transfers are available from hotels in Chiang Mai city. Pickup operates by scheduled rounds between approximately 01:30 PM and 03:00 PM. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by email after booking. Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. Guests who arrive late or are not present at the pickup point may be considered a no-show.

Start with shuttle boarding at CMU Hall for Standard and VIP tickets, or hotel pickup in Chiang Mai for Premium and Elite tickets. Try hands-on activities such as parasol painting, wood carving, Taleaw lucky keychain making, weaving, and traditional games. Dining varies by ticket tier, from Kad Mua-style market flavors to buffets, vegan menus, premium dining, and food truck experiences. - Guests are not allowed to bring sky lanterns purchased from outside into the event.
- The lantern release and event program may be adjusted due to weather conditions, safety regulations, or event operations.
- Please expect heavy traffic on the day of the event. The bus ride may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
- For Premium and Elite tickets, hotel pickup is provided within Chiang Mai City. Please provide your hotel name and location before the festival date.
- If the operator must cancel the event, you will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date, an alternative activity, or a full refund.
