Meeting and pickup
Guests are required to make their own way to The Pantip Lifestyle Hub. Check in at the entrance near Café Amazon between 02:00 PM and 04:30 PM for first-come, first-served boarding. The last transfer departs at 04:30 PM. Late arrivals may be considered a no-show. The return transfer drops guests off at The Pantip Lifestyle Hub.

Enjoy round-trip transfers from The Pantip Lifestyle Hub to the festival venue, where local traditions, cultural shows and Northern Thai flavors await. Take part in an eco-friendly Krathong workshop, create a traditional Lanna flag and enjoy sweet treats before the evening ceremony begins. As darkness falls, release your own sky lantern and watch thousands of glowing lights rise together in a breathtaking display of hope and renewal. Then float your handmade Krathong across the pond, symbolizing the release of misfortune and the welcoming of good fortune. Choose the ticket that suits you. Standard includes last-row seating with a wide moonlit view, VIP offers a closer mid-row view, while Premium features front-row seating, 3 sky lanterns and a 20-minute foot massage. - Outside lanterns are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety and environmental reasons.
- Drones are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety reasons.
- Firecrackers, personal fireworks, and flammable items are not permitted inside the festival venue for safety reasons.
- Please expect heavy traffic on the day of the event. The bus ride may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
- In the rare event that we must cancel a tour, we will notify you in advance and offer an alternative date, a different tour, or a full refund.
