Explore a full-day jungle trekking adventure from Pai through Ban Rai Village to the Spirit Sinkhole, where the best views are earned step by step. Trek through hill-tribe farmland, mountain trails, bamboo forests, and remote landscapes while experiencing authentic village life and panoramic valley views along the way. The journey leads to the Spirit Sinkhole, a massive natural sinkhole believed to be one of the largest in Thailand and sacred to the local Black Lahu community. Designed for active travelers, nature lovers, and small groups, this experience includes lunch and transfers from Pai, combining culture, scenery, and adventure in one trek.

Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from hotels within the Pai town area only. Guests staying outside the standard pickup area may be asked to meet at a designated meeting point.
Pickup time is between 07:15 – 07:30 AM and the exact time will be confirmed via email.
Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

What to expect
Start your journey in the Soppong area, trekking uphill across working farmland where villagers continue their daily life, with panoramic valley views along the way. Pass through a Lisu village before continuing to a mountaintop viewpoint, where lunch and fresh fruit are served.
The trail continues through bamboo forests and rocky jungle terrain toward the Spirit Sinkhole. Believed to be one of the largest natural sinkholes in Thailand and sacred to the local Black Lahu community, this massive limestone formation drops several hundred meters into dense forest below, creating one of Pai’s most dramatic natural viewpoints.
Continue downhill to a remote Black Lahu village beneath towering rock formations before returning to Pai with transfers included. This trek combines culture, scenery, and adventure in one of Pai’s most remote trekking areas.

- Participants aged 12–60 years old can join the tour. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Trekking distance is approximately 12 km with 5–6 hours of walking (medium difficulty)
- Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
- Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, mobility issues, or bone and joint conditions are not recommended to join the tour.
- Participants should be in good physical condition due to uneven terrain and uphill trekking sections.

- Trekking shoes with good grip are recommended due to uneven and slippery terrain.
- During the rainy season, trails may be wet and leeches may be present in forest areas. Long pants and long socks are recommended for extra protection.
- This tour passes through the Tham Lod Cave area but does not include cave exploration.
